That is why you will play a crucial role in this role in further expanding our customer base by following up on warm leads (from marketing) and thus generating new business.&nbsp;What are you going to do?As an Account Manager Inside Sales (New Business) you are responsible for translating customer wishes and needs into solutions for prospects who ultimately need to become customers. You sell and advise a selection from the wide portfolio by telephone and via teams... In this way you help to further expand our Inside Sales organization. You will also work with 10 other colleagues from Deventer. In this dynamic position you are responsible for realizing your objectives (turnover, customer expansion and customer satisfaction) based on set targets. You do this mainly by having a lot of contact with your (potential) customers. Prospects you will call work as: Accountant, Lawyer, Tax specialist, Lawyer and Notary.&nbsp; Other tasks and responsibilities include: Portfolio renewal You proactively make proposals for the renewal and improvement of product portfolios based on identified developments at your prospects/customers and in order to increase your sales and turnover. Account management You create an account plan for your market. With this you work your market and prospects/customers.
