Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Software and Business Architect with over 10 years of expertise in airline solutions, specifically with the Amadeus Altéa product suite and Amadeus development processes.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the airline industrys technical and business requirements and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions that align with our clients business goals.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: <ul><li>Design and architect comprehensive software solutions using/interfacing to the Amadeus Altéa product suite.</li><li>Develop and model solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.</li><li>Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.</li></ul> Technical Leadership: <ul><li>Lead technical teams in the development and implementation of industry solutions within passenger and operations related business areas</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.</li><li>Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into existing systems.</li></ul> Business Analysis and Strategy: <ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.</li><li>Develop business cases and value propositions for new solutions and enhancements.</li><li>Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure solutions are best-in-class.</li></ul> Project Management: <ul><li>Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.</li><li>Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.</li></ul> Quality Assurance: <ul><li>Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.</li><li>Utilize automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in software architecture and development within the airline industry.</li><li>Extensive experience with the Amadeus Altéa product suite and Amadeus development processes.</li><li>Strong understanding of airline operations, reservations, inventory, and departure control systems.</li><li>Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, complex software solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.</li></ul> Preferred Skills: <ul><li>Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.</li><li>Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the airline industry.</li><li>Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies.</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>A PML Programmer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the AVEVA E3D software platform.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PML, C#, and Python, with additional programming languages being advantageous if the candidate is proficient in them. In addition, experience in macro generation and customization of the user interface is preferred.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using PML, C# coding, including Aveva E3D, Aveva Engineering, Aveva Instrumentation, Aveva P&amp;ID and other related software.</li><li>Customization: Customize Aveva applications to meet specific project requirements, including the development of macros, scripts, and plugins.</li><li>Integration: Integrate Aveva tools with other enterprise systems and software, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.</li><li>Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aveva applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, including user manuals, technical specifications, and workflow diagrams.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on Aveva tools and developed solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in developing and customizing applications using PML 1 &amp; 2, PMLNET, C#, .NET Framework. (Must Have)</li><li>Experience with Aveva E3D, Aveva Engineering, Aveva Instrumentation, Aveva P&amp;ID, TEKLA and other related software.</li><li>Experience with SQL databases and writing complex queries.</li><li>Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Object Oriented design and development. (Must have)</li><li>Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+, WPF, WCF. (Must have)</li><li>Expert in creation of Standalone application to do scheduled tasks combination of SQL, SAP data and Dabacon database. (Must have)</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in engineering and design. (Must have)</li><li>Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar.</li><li>Windows Application Development using .NET WinForms.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>

Design and develop Gen AI applications and AI algorithms to address complex challenges across various domains.</li></ul> Data Analysis and Interpretation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.</li></ul> Model Training and Optimization:&nbsp; <ul><li>Finetune LLM Models with custom data, continuously improve model performance through rigorous training and optimization processes.</li></ul> Collaborative Problem-Solving:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve pressing challenges and enhance product capabilities.</li></ul> Strategic AI Implementation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Architect and scale AI solutions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li></ul> Leadership and Team Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Mentor and lead a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.</li></ul> Requirements: Educational Background:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.</li></ul> Technical Proficiency:&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong experience in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.</li></ul> Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.</li></ul> Analytical Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proficient in using advanced data analytics tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets.</li></ul> Problem-Solving Abilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions and optimize AI algorithms.</li><li>&nbsp;Advanced Degree: Masters degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding in NLP techniques, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.</li><li>Industry Experience: Prior experience in the airline industry, particularly in roles focused on customer experience or digital transformation.</li><li>Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferably Azure.</li><li>LLM Application Integration: Previous work experience or personal experience in integrating LLMs into production applications or building LLM powered applications using LangChain or other frameworks.</li><li>Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects and teams, ability to work across teams – cross functional , knowledge of agile delivery</li><li>Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning."</li></ul>
