Job Description: <ul><li>The Customer Service and Admin (CS&amp;A) Team Lead is responsible for the Customer Service and Admin Organization in the Frontline comprising of the Customer Service (callouts, inbound queries and outbound surveys and core 3 nurturing), Customer Service Admin and Workplace teams.</li><li>CS&amp;A Team Lead actively drives customer centricity in the entire organization, develops the CS&amp;A team and ensures operational excellence in the CS&amp;A teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead, manages, evaluates, and develops Customer Service and Admin Organization to ensure that the organization’s customer service and administration strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to the established guidelines and budgets</li><li>Assures that daily work performed follows generally stated objectives as well as cost-effectiveness and competitiveness and is completed with quality, on time and within budget.</li><li>Manages general communication and collaboration with FL representatives (e.g. Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager, Offering and Sales Development Managers) and with Shared Service Centers (SSC)</li><li>Distributes tasks and levels the daily workload, if needed</li><li>Manages directly special requests from the FL or helps Customer Service and Admin Organization workforce to answer</li><li>Coaches and drives competence development in the team and makes sure there is a career path for all team members</li><li>Drives Behavior to represent as one team towards the customer</li><li>Uses Customer Service data to bring forward ideas to improve customer experience</li><li>Balances between operational and long-term developments</li><li>Manages FL CS&amp;A operations</li><li>Responsible for managing the customer service and administration activities within budget</li><li>Ensure processes are followed according to defined global processes</li><li>Responsible to implement and ensure proper working of new tools / processes / systems</li><li>Responsible to meet KPI targets</li><li>Create a friendly and desirable working environment to minimize turnover rate</li><li>Responsible to ensure that customers’ and internal queries and complaints are promptly replied and followed up</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>University degree in commercial or technical sciences or similar through experience</li><li>Good spoken and written English and local languages</li><li>Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications</li><li>Preferably at least 2 years of experience on leadership</li><li>People Management skills</li><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Solid communication skills (written + spoken)</li><li>Previous work experience in customer service and administration and/or strong understanding of customer needs from a relevant industry</li><li>Experience: 3 to 5 years in customer service and admin team lead position, preferably with one company. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical leadership in support of the organizations digital bank implementation.</li><li>Responsible for overall delivery of the mobile/internet banking platform or country implementation of a digital banking platform.</li><li>Provide management oversight to IT area leads, Chapter Leads and other senior IT professionals. Maintain strong collaboration and partnership with business and product teams.</li><li>Provide thought leadership and facilitate the sharing of knowledge between digital bank team and across other organizations teams to strengthen capabilities and the organizations ability to respond to business and customer needs. Drive strategies, technical roadmaps and implementation of digital bank portfolio.</li><li>Drive digital transformation – support and drive digital business and technology change through organisational, cultural, behavioural and process changes.</li><li>Champion change initiatives and provide guidance and support on the design, implementation and communication of each initiative.</li><li>Support the Team - Build up the right capabilities and people, equip them with the skills, tools, and standard approaches to deliver functional excellence, and ensure that they are deployed to value-creation opportunities — sometimes in long-term roles supporting the business, but more often to the small, independent squads.</li><li>Build Capabilities - Responsible for building a “capability” to support a value-creation line; shepherding people along their career paths; evaluating and promoting people; and building standard tools, methods, and ways of working in collaboration with the Chapters and the Platform/Tribe Coaches.</li><li>Manage By Empowering - The ITAL must manage external (vendors) and internal resources, must evaluate, promote, coach, and develop his or her people, but without traditional direct oversight. The ITAL is not involved in the day-to-day work of squads for “value creation standpoint” but has the responsibility to supervise the day-to-day (quality, velocity, productivity, resourcing, vendor management) in collaboration with team members and the Platform/Tribes/Squad business leads.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 9+ years technical and delivery experience, preferably in a banking or wholesales banking environment.</li><li>Experience in mixed development methodology development waterfall and Agile delivery</li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to transform traditional development organisations into high performance squads.</li><li>Ability to nurture individual tribe leads / IT area leads into high performing rockstars.</li><li>In depth experience on 1 or more programming languages, such as Java, React.JS</li><li>Familiar with application hosting technologies, such as Apache, JBOSS, Weblogic.</li><li>Experienced in: o Various API design (RESTFUL, SOAP) and microservices architecture o Hybrid mobile solution. o Digital banking solution for SME/ corporate banking. o Developing web applications using Java/J2EE technologies o Configuration, deployment of enterprise applications with JBOSS o All the phases of Software Development Life Cycle from Analysis to Production support o Developing micro services and consuming RESTful web services.</li><li>Ensures technical execution, planning, advice, support, and mentoring of developers, architects and analysts</li><li>Strong knowledge on: o Web applications security, such as authentication &amp; authorisation, session management, data security and other best practice to protect web applications from vulnerabilities and threats o Identifying backend performance bottlenecks on both application &amp; integration layers, and performs relevant optimizations. o Design principles and design patterns. o All architecture layers.</li><li>Familiar with server-side Frameworks – Core-Java, Apache Camel, Maven, Spring framework, Spring Boot, Multi-threading, JDBC, JMS, Hibernate, JPA, JSON, Mockito, Swagger, OpenShift, Kubernetes.</li><li>Familiar with database technologies such as Oracle, MariaDB.
