Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identify and lead projects that directly contributes to but not limited to performance metrics, productivity, and efficiency that is aligned with the goals and targets of teams supported</li><li>Challenge existing process gaps &amp; identify opportunities for further improvements by working closely with the team in the Philippines</li><li>Drive standardization, streamlining, and adherence of key processes of the hub</li><li>Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires which includes issuance of onboarding checklist and training of key processes, tools, and systems</li><li>To both lead and support any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of team members of the hub.</li><li>Creation, improvement, and maintenance of standard process flows and documentation by closely working with the teams within the hub.</li><li>Key member of global continuous improvement community; to share best practices, conceptualize process improvement cases, and lead projects and activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Take role as internal process consultant to assistant Supply Chain team to resolve process issues and improve metrics performance.</li></ul> Requirements: Educational Degree:&nbsp; <ul><li>Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent&nbsp;</li></ul> Professional Experience (years in what processes and function): <ul><li>SAP (or other ERP software) – &gt; 4 years</li><li>Understanding of MRP, experience in Supply Chain Planning– &gt; 4 years&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in either FG or RM planning or Procurement</li></ul> Special Qualifications, Knowledge &amp; Skills: <ul><li>Extensive spreadsheet/Excel analysis and strong mathematical abilities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Must be detail oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams.</li><li>Proven track-record of leading process improvement projects</li></ul> Expected and desired Behaviour: <ul><li>Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.</li><li>Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Goal Setting <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy</li><li>To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy</li></ul> Customer Complaint handling <ul><li>Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>To improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE</li></ul> COPQ Reduction <ul><li>Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take</li><li>reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>To control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to contribute cost saving.</li></ul> CIP <ul><li>Review historical data to identify CIP projects, and follow up the progress.</li><li>To continual reduce COPQ and prevent customer complaint as well as efficiency improvement.</li></ul> Audit supports <ul><li>Coordinate and support external and internal audits, communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate to ensure that audits are completed in a timely</li><li>manner</li></ul> People Management <ul><li>Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team</li><li>performance and retain talent</li></ul> Lesson learn <ul><li>Share experience with team to prevent potential quality risk.</li></ul> Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Certification: <ul><li>APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification;</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>More than 5 years of working experience in quality process management, Automotive experience must be.&nbsp;</li></ul> Technical Skill &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D.&nbsp;</li><li>Process audit and product audit skills</li><li>Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949</li><li>Familiar with 8D method</li><li>Familiar with special characteristic symbol requirements</li><li>Proficient in written and oral English</li><li>Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good interpersonal skill</li></ul>
