About: The Client has Established a new National Champions Admin Area that aims to deliver end-to-end product development, entrepreneurship, and investment opportunities to convert lucrative business ideas into national champions that enable job creation and economic growth.Taleed (Also Known As Leap 10) is one of program, within the National Champion, is devoted to create, sustain, and grow Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Kingdom, aiming to create thousands of jobs and maximize GDP contribution. The program is a catalyst for change in collaboration with the Kingdom’s major government and private stakeholders. Taleed is part of the National Champions entity with sister organizations extending support in terms of idea generation, product development, and access to VC funds.We are seeking a candidate that will be part of the Origination and Execution tracks that is responsible for the end-to-end process, including sourcing new SMEs/ideas, conducting a comprehensive due diligence on business opportunities, developing proposals/business plans, supporting localization of new strategic SMEs, executing the investment opportunities and engaging with SMEs, partners and investors as well as negotiating with them. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skillsResponsibilities:Identify and qualify new SME investment opportunities including research of potential ideas, assess their impact and determine their fit with market requirements.Conduct market research and analysis including data gathering, existing market saturation & competition and industry trends. This information can be used to identify new SMEs investment opportunities and develop strategies to reach the targeted markets.Build relationships with SMEs and partners; this involves developing trust and link with potential SMEs/partners.Execute the approved SMEs investment opportunities and work with partners/investors to develop investment execution plans and supporting executing it.Lead all aspects of project planning, team design, and progress tracking while serving as a thought leader and advisor to SMEs and investorsEngage with public and private stakeholders to enable investment executionClose opportunities and track results: This involves ensuring that opportunities are meeting the support plan. Requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or another related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or university is highly preferred, but not required.Minimum of 10 years of work experience in all of or part of the following; business development, investments support, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and consultingStrong experience in assessing the market landscape (structure, size and profitability, drivers of performance, trends, outlook)Experience in financial modeling, and the viability of the target's revenue and profit forecastStrong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how business model decisions impact performanceComfort with ambiguity and fluid client situations and ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment; travel varies with client assignmentsTeam oriented work ethic and collaborative attitude.Strong presentation skills and excellent command of the English language

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Provide engineering technical support to the Refinery Operations.Perform unit monitoring and performance evaluations.Conduct troubleshooting/assisting operations divisions in resolving Operations related problems.Monitor Advance Process Control and alleviate the constraints to maximize APC utilization.Conduct catalyst performance analysis, yield estimates and life cycle estimation.Lead HAZOP, MOC, Root Cause analysis and incidents investigations.Prepare annual and long range operating plans and objectives.Identify the units constraints and perform debottleneck studies.Conduct engineering studies to improve refinery gross margins.Conduct energy audits and surveys to improve refinery energy performance and energy KPI’s.Provide capital project design reviews and commissioning support.Involve in development of procedures and reviews.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CCR/Platforming and Naphtha Hydrotreating.Experience in the Crude Unit, Diesel Hydrotreating, Penex ISOM, Merox Units, Amine Treating and Sulfur Recovery Units will be an advantage.You must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, international standards, and economic principles.

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize performance of CDU/VDU units whilst overseeing the unit’s operation and economics losses.Issue detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models’ result to optimize unit operation.Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.Support Operations during turnaround and unplanned Shutdowns / Startups by understanding the unit operating conditions and transient effects to recommend operations improvementsPerform specific tasks such as, but not limited to catalyst forecast/ evaluation, test runs, de-bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessment, enhancement studies, HAZOP studies.Lead process safety management overseeing HAZOP, PSR, SIL, PSSR, QRA, and Alarm Rationalization. Lead HAZOP/Process Safety Reviews of plant operations as well as new modifications.Manage long and short-term projects by proposing major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability.Prepare design requests, budget justifications and detailed implementation plans for economically justifiable projects.As well as develop detailed engineering design packages for in-house process-oriented projects and follow up on implementation.Review in-detail and revise standard work procedures like new operating procedures, instructions, RIMs, alarm and ESD check list, MOC, HAZOP, JSA, Relive valves, plant drawings.Ensure environmental and safety awareness effectiveness with work closely with the facility Safety and Environment management to improve safety and achieve highest environmental standards.Liaise with vendors and technology licensors for process enhancements and changes as well as with Engineering Services Department for any technology assessment and piloting support.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.You should have a minimum of 15 years total refinery process unit experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years’ experience in handling Crude distillation units.Exposure to different licensor technologies for Hydrocarbon treating is a plus.Certified PHA/HAZOP leader.Familiarity and understanding of the best practices, design principles, international engineering standards and specifications relevant to operation of the concerned process units.
