Responsibilities: <ul><li>Contribute to the SIOP by preparing and leading the end-to-end Supply Reviews. Proactively identifying manufacturing supply risks working collaboratively with key stakeholders to propose mitigation plan.</li><li>Define, plan, update, and ensure compliance of Replenishment Strategy &amp; Supply Chain Parameters (stocking policy, safety stock, forecast upload and consumption rules, reorder point, ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and anticipation stocks, lead-time, lot size) &amp; ensure master data consistency to achieve expected customer service while optimizing the health &amp; level of inventory.</li><li>Identify Circular Supply Chain opportunities (rebalance, promotion, re-use, re-distribute, repair, recycle) &amp; ensure execution in collaboration with flow controllers.</li><li>Plan &amp; ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers, commercial event, new product introduction, and end of life.</li><li>Requires a strong leadership and a global understanding of the end-to-end supply chain planning processes to bring a positive customer impact through optimized inventory projections and supply risk mitigation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent</li><li>SAP (or other ERP software) – 1-2 years</li><li>SAP Integrated Business Planning software (or other demand planning software) – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of MRP – 1-2 years</li><li>Planning and experience in Demand Forecasting – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of S&amp;OP – 1-2 years</li><li>Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis using tools at least using Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, and mathematical functions</li><li>Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning Supply software (optional)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>A PML Programmer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the AVEVA E3D software platform.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PML, C#, and Python, with additional programming languages being advantageous if the candidate is proficient in them.
