Responsibilities:The Sr P&PM Analyst primary role is to handle along with the rest of the Planning Group the following tasks: Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting. Conducts special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes. Provides supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks with other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice. Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Planning and Performance Management job roles. Work Experience – candidates from these sources would be the primary target:Accountants, planners, and auditors.Skills – candidate should have skills in a number of these areas:Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance, PowerPoint and Excel is required.Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools are required.Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.Excellent command of oral & written English. 

Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:Plan, design and develop curricula and coordinate with SMEs from various business segments (i.e., Admin Areas) courses in accounting, finance and other business domains. Co-deliver the courses with SMEs from relevant business segment.Identify and make recommendations of new course offerings in consultation with SMEs from various business segmentsMake consistent effort to update course materials with new knowledge and participate in planning initiatives and successfully complete ad-hoc tasks.Requirements:Minimum Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will hold a Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a related discipline from a reputable University.Possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA, CA) is required.You should have a minimum of 10 years of related experience of which at least 5 years in training and development space, and experience in oil and gas industry is preferred but not required.Evidence of leadership in projects, ability to effectively work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills are required.

ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed due diligence on different aspects of target companies (with support from relevant organizations in the company).Perform valuation of target companies based on different methods (with support from other organizations in the company) and evaluate the business plan of the targets.Independently handles business proposals, draft the Non-Binding Offer (NBO), develop a negotiation strategy and commercial terms for the transaction and reflect as such in the term sheet. Negotiate and develop definitive agreements (with the help of law department and other relevant organizations in the company).Validation activities to progress proposals through stage gates, prioritize business proposals against investment criteria and NBD portfolio strategy.Manage all aspects of transaction execution including management of the overall project such as selecting, onboarding and working with advisors.Manage the overall stakeholder management including working with internal organizations, consultants and potential partner(s).Assembles initial offerings to potential investors, Lead investor selection activities, and Coordinates with company's subject matter experts to draft Memorandums of Understanding/Letter of Intent.Provides administrative direction in the development and review of legal documents which include head of terms, MoU, Cost sharing agreements, and shareholder agreements and manage business portfolio.Ensures compliance to process stage gates and approvals, approves contract payments and variations within limit, provides administrative direction and personnel management to all assigned Business Development Analysts and performs other miscellaneous duties as directed.Support law department in anti-trust clearance activities and internal proponent organizations in the post-acquisition integration activities, and Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed.Requirements:A successful candidate will preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance from a recognized and approved international program.
