Responsibilities: Strategy Development &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop &amp; execute a Channel strategies for strategic channels, namely QSR, FSR, Hotels which should be aligned to the overall strategy of Foodservice SSEA.</li><li>Define NPD and L&amp;L opportunities that we can bring to our key customers in these respective channels.</li><li>Ensure business processes are in place to support the tools required to execute against the channel/customer strategies.</li></ul> Customer Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision makers with regional key customers in SSEA.</li><li>Create and drive JVP with regional Key Accounts like Jollibee, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, etc., aligned to our strategic ambition.</li><li>Develop Key Account Management program for local country sales teams (including distributors).</li><li>Lead &amp; directly execute QSR/FSR/Hotel plans from International Zone Foodservice.</li><li>Liaise with International Zone Foodservice for global QSR contracts, participate &amp; negotiate contracts with QSR tenders.</li><li>Drive value-creation initiatives/solutions with QSR/FSR/Hotel Key Accounts (e.g. insight-drive menu ideation).</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, consumer/market insights, and business drivers and use these to develop clear customer account plans that are aligned with commercial targets (e.g. NSV, CMA).</li></ul> Financial: <ul><li>Achieve NSV &amp; CCMA objectives in the AOP.</li><li>Effectively manage D&amp;A &amp; A&amp;P allowances to yield the highest NSV.</li><li>Ensure Strategic channels QSR FSR Hotels are achieving its sell-out targets in core countries – PH, TH, HK, MY, SG.</li></ul> Supply Chain: <ul><li>Manage NPD and L&amp;L opportunities for strategic channels (QSR, FSR, Hotel) in SSEA</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Set up systems to ensure best in class sales intelligence (market, competitor activity) is gathered and analysed by Foodservice Marketing for inclusion in the S&amp;OP process.</li></ul> Leadership, Organization, &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Create/enhance the Channel Management programs for key accounts.</li><li>Train and develop local sales team in core countries on key account management and execution of channel strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 10 years sales experiences in multinational FMCG with at least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in the QSR/FSR/Hotel channel.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.</li><li>Strong skills in Key Account Management.</li><li>Proficient in Foodservice trading terms.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:The Sr P&PM Analyst primary role is to handle along with the rest of the Planning Group the following tasks: Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting. Conducts special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes. Provides supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks with other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice. Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Planning and Performance Management job roles. Work Experience – candidates from these sources would be the primary target:Accountants, planners, and auditors.Skills – candidate should have skills in a number of these areas:Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance, PowerPoint and Excel is required.Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools are required.Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.Excellent command of oral & written English. 

Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following:Optimize external debt placement, including through the use of Preferred Funding Entities.Optimize Intra Group capital placement through Preferred Lending Entities.Provide input towards In-House Bank for cash pooling and payment factory.Apply your experience in global financial risk management towards operational needs.Provide insight with Global supply chain financing arrangements and Group Treasury governance and organization requirements.Requirements:As the successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field from a recognized and approved program. Additional certifications such as a CTP, CFA, CMA, or a CPC is beneficial.You will have at least ten years’ experience in a variety of treasury roles and can demonstrate a wealth of experience across Treasury functions.You must be a team player, able to mentor, motivate, train and develop less experienced staff.Demonstrate resilience while changing the culture of the Company.Possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:Plan, execute and lead finance and performance management (F&PM) analytical activities under the broad guidance of senior F&PM staff and supervisors, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine and/or design issues.Generate analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others Develop and maintain close partnerships with business/operational counterparts in the F&PM organizations within your assigned areas, and represent your organization in cross-functional, cross-organizational teams involved in F&PM-related tasks.Participate in and support the planning, reporting and forecasting activities and initiatives of your organization. in coordination with the business representatives and the commercial analystsCreate and maintain a financial model for reporting actual results in combination with the short- to mid-term planning processes.Prepare:The management reporting for the commercial and business managementfinancial advice and support to business projectsProcess mapping of the new implemented structuresBusiness integration support for subsidiaries, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitionsRequirements:A Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline, advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, and CPA) is preferredMinimum of 15 years of professional experience in relevant planning and performance management experience in the Chemicals and Refining industries, including the use of business intelligence tools for the following:Performance analysis, assessment and reportingFinancial (IFRS) reportingBusiness planning/budgetingBusiness case preparationProject managementFinancial modelling

Responsibilities:Support Business Development Specialist/Consultant on business development process from market analysis, screening and evaluation of opportunities including strategic fit assessments, developing key business principles, managing due diligence execution, performing risk assessments, developing and negotiating term sheets and definitive transaction agreements through to transaction closure and integration planning. Progress opportunities and transactions through the company’s defined stage-gates, and prioritize investment proposals against internal investment criteria and corporate strategies.Support downstream business development activities including: (i) creating and developing partnerships along the downstream value chain in refining, petrochemicals, marketing including wholesale & retail, logistics and storage; (ii) developing business proposals; (iii) identifying risks with mitigation plans; and (iv) identifying suitable partnership strategies and business models to maximize value creation for the company. Support business portfolio optimization and identify synergies between assets and affiliates; manage development and negotiations of commercial agreements; provide administrative direction to junior Business Development Analysts in reviewing legal documents which include head of terms, memorandums of understanding (MoU), letters of intent (LoI), cost sharing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, feedstock supply agreements, product supply and offtake agreements. Additionally, pursue opportunities for product marketing and technology licensing, as applicable.Participate in developing techno-economic analysis, financial analysis and valuations of target assets including familiarity with the different valuation methodologies (discounted cash flow (DCF), trading multiples and precedent transactions). Develop negotiation and transaction/project execution strategies.Utilize available market data to develop market and sector analysis, and competitive landscape assessments as part of proactive origination of opportunities.Prepare management briefings, board papers and presentations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical preferable, or other disciplines), Business, Finance or Economics. MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred. Professional Certifications (preferred): Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).Minimum of 9 years of professional experience in downstream business development, with a strong track record of technical, economic and commercial experience in downstream businesses such as refining, petrochemicals, marketing (wholesale & retail), lubricant, logistics and storage, with a deep understanding of associated operations, optimization and value-chain integration.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and demonstrated experience navigating and influencing complex internal stakeholder groups and negotiating with prospective partners and service providers to ensure successful business outcomes for the company.Good grasp of international business and cross-cultural professional practices.Demonstrated experience in executing term sheets and definitive agreements typical in downstream transactions, along with management of post-transaction integrations, setup and readiness.
