Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and analyse market research and competitive research plans and programs, identifying suitable external vendors to carry out research</li><li>Use inputs from research and competitive analysis to provide inputs to internal customer teams in the following areas: scope, competitive positioning, white spaces available etc.</li><li>Develop and implement plans for identification in line with Unit’s business plan, build validated database for segmentation</li><li>Update marketing team on new segments or channel-specific delivery vehicles e.g. social media that can be used to bring in innovation into company’s marketing programs to create targeted and innovative campaigns</li><li>Develop and execute brand and communication plan for brand, region, services and solution in consultation with GTM/Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Gather feedback on brand based on specific campaigns and present analysis to Group Manager and Segment Head</li><li>Develop and implement marketing programs targeted at specific industries, geographies by leveraging multiple channels, network with peers within the company and outside to exchange ideas</li><li>Provide creative ideas and develop brief for designers, direct team to check with in-house image library before purchasing new images</li><li>Check compliance with brand architecture/standards</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder</li><li>At least 10 years’ experience in the following areas – (a) research, analysis and intelligence (b) target audience definition and segmentation (c) positioning, messaging and branding including brand management (d) opportunity generation, outreach program management (e) design and production</li><li>Demonstrated success in these key areas – handling quarterly reports, size of database and quarterly growth, email conversion rates, leads and RFI/RFPs, brand awareness and engagement, CRM metrics i.e engagement scores, cross sell leads, number of references, channel management and pricing</li></ul> Preferred Requirements <ul><li>Experience building a brand from ground up.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management&nbsp;</li><li>Drive new product launches and push growth on pillar products through promotional and advertising excellence, contribute to the growth of the respective brand in Travel Retail Asia Pacific</li><li>Implement new product launches on time in full and strive to maintain growth on pillar products</li><li>Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s)</li><li>Manage A&amp;P budget for product(s) to maximize ROI</li><li>Ensure sales forecast accuracy for demand planning</li><li>Mobilise and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)</li><li>Interact effectively with other departments (global brand team, sales, supply chain, finance controlling, training etc.) to support marketing objectives</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 relevant years of marketing experience&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth knowledge of beauty products/categories</li><li>Experienced in research and market data analysis</li><li>Experience in full 3-axis beauty portfolio management is advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of travel retail dynamics/environment and competitors, markets trends and consumers</li><li>Good Financial sense and good understanding of luxury service industry</li><li>Willing to learn, goal-oriented, able to work under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Fluent in English, bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings</li><li>Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with Travel Retail Zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with Travel Retail APAC needs (Travel Retail Exclusive Sets development for Chinese PAX)</li><li>Take ownership of international launches to create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences in the Travel Retail channel.</li><li>Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)&nbsp;</li><li>Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure perfect execution in store of the marketing and retail strategy (Merchandising, planogram, quality of service) in the Point of sales</li><li>Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&amp;L, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how&nbsp;</li><li>Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in marketing team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth sensitivity to our métier and in-depth product and brand knowledge</li><li>Research and market data analysis, highly analytical; Financial knowledge (P&amp;L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)</li><li>Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capacity and people development track record</li><li>Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry</li><li>Good understanding of Chinese consumer and China’s digital eco-system</li><li>Fluent in English, bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Provide support to senior management on the definition and implementation of the global growth strategy and market entrance strategies.Provide global market and competitive lubricants intelligence and proactively make recommendations.Screen for target companies as per the underlining growth strategy and provide capital expenditure plans for potential mergers and acquisition activities.Evaluate the product mix offered in the market’s entry strategies, their expansion as part of sales growth and in the due diligence phase when an M&A process takes place.Support the creation and maintenance of printed and digital communications, to define and implement the products and B2B trainings, together with B2B services enquiries. Regular visit to affiliates to ensure correct product positioning.Provide support in the branding, naming and packaging update process of the products.Build strong relationships with Affiliates, OEMs, Blenders, and MarketersRequirements:Bachelor degree in Engineering Economics, or Marketing. Preferably Chemical related Engineering degree.At least 10 years of Lubricant experience. Preferably with at least 3 years lubricants formulations and development experience.Worked as Lubricants Product Manager with a global company for at least 5 years. Industrial and Automotive application knowledge.Relations with Original Equipment Manufacturers.
