Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage a team of product managers within a specific product category to execute business growth objectives and align on strategic positioning</li><li>Own product life cycles, including road maps, line reviews, SWOT, and SKU harmonization/rationalization</li><li>Execute product development initiatives. Develop product specifications, timelines, and financial models detailing CAPEX, ROI, etc., for crucial product activities</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and contractors to develop, ideate, and execute product initiatives that drive differentiation and additional sales</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to commercialize new products and optimize our client brand, product, and packaging position</li><li>Work with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to optimize the product offering</li><li>Evaluate Intellectual Property to identify and execute IP strategies</li><li>Align strategy and deliverables within the Product Strategy and Management team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related degree</li><li>5+ years working in a Product Marketing or Product Management role, with a passion for customer experience and an ability to demonstrate a proven track record of identifying new opportunities or solving pain points based on customer insight and data.</li><li>1+ years working in a people manager role (handling crucial conversations, performance management, etc)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams</li><li>Must be available for at least 20% of travel</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to ensure&nbsp;Delivery of sales volume &amp; brand availability targets for the dedicated outlets&nbsp;Compliance to activation calendar objectives</li><li>Plan &amp; lead execution of consumer activations, deployment of point of sale elements, displays consistent with brand toolkits.</li><li>Train bartenders and outlets owners on the portfolio and perfect serves. In addition build bar staff relations and a community.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and facilitate the brand - storytelling content with &amp; for the bartenders in collaboration with marketing team &amp; bar staff&nbsp;Identify new marketing opportunities/partnerships with outlets &amp; third spaces Trade Inputs</li><li>Contribute with insights coming from brand ambassadors and their network (mainly on drink/consumption trends, service trends, etc)</li><li>Analyze market / competitor trends and activities&nbsp;</li><li>Be aware of new outlet openings to get the first mover advantage&nbsp;</li><li>Build trade relations and network with decision makers of the outlet&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 4-6 yrs</li><li>Strong relationships in On Premise and the Bartender community</li><li>Knowledge of the on-premise activation planning/ management/ operation&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to convey passion for our brands</li><li>Ability to network and build strong relationships&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guideline</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy &amp; Pricing – You support the Senior RGM Manager in developing 1 to 3 year pricing/PPA goals and in creating innovation budgets. You drive pack pricing initiatives through competitive analysis and market research and evaluate implemented initiatives.</li><li>Trade Investments - Setting trade investment budgets and a list price strategy for the DACH region as part of annual business planning.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Insights – Evaluate potential innovations commercially, including pricing recommendations and go-to-market strategies. Generate informed insights to make strategic recommendations at category, brand and customer levels.</li><li>Category Expertise - Become a category expert and advise other departments on commercial initiatives such as pack activation, limited editions and co-packed products.</li><li>Stakeholder Management &amp; Tools - Build strategic partnerships within the DACH region and with the European Central Business Unit. Participate in the implementation and use of RGM tools and functions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A strong commercial understanding paired with RGM knowledge from functions such as account management or revenue growth management.</li><li>You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a comparable qualification.</li><li>Through a collaborative mindset, you promote cross-functional collaboration for effective goal achievement.</li><li>The ability to work and think strategically and to consider long- and short-term perspectives when formulating solutions.</li><li>Ideally, knowledge of the German food retail sector and trading structures.</li><li>Advanced MS Office knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Tableau/Power BI.</li><li>Ideally experience with Unify and/or Nielsen.</li><li>Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and analyse market research and competitive research plans and programs, identifying suitable external vendors to carry out research</li><li>Use inputs from research and competitive analysis to provide inputs to internal customer teams in the following areas: scope, competitive positioning, white spaces available etc.</li><li>Develop and implement plans for identification in line with Unit’s business plan, build validated database for segmentation</li><li>Update marketing team on new segments or channel-specific delivery vehicles e.g. social media that can be used to bring in innovation into company’s marketing programs to create targeted and innovative campaigns</li><li>Develop and execute brand and communication plan for brand, region, services and solution in consultation with GTM/Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Gather feedback on brand based on specific campaigns and present analysis to Group Manager and Segment Head</li><li>Develop and implement marketing programs targeted at specific industries, geographies by leveraging multiple channels, network with peers within the company and outside to exchange ideas</li><li>Provide creative ideas and develop brief for designers, direct team to check with in-house image library before purchasing new images</li><li>Check compliance with brand architecture/standards</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder</li><li>At least 10 years’ experience in the following areas – (a) research, analysis and intelligence (b) target audience definition and segmentation (c) positioning, messaging and branding including brand management (d) opportunity generation, outreach program management (e) design and production</li><li>Demonstrated success in these key areas – handling quarterly reports, size of database and quarterly growth, email conversion rates, leads and RFI/RFPs, brand awareness and engagement, CRM metrics i.e engagement scores, cross sell leads, number of references, channel management and pricing</li></ul> Preferred Requirements <ul><li>Experience building a brand from ground up.</li></ul>
