Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage a team of product managers within a specific product category to execute business growth objectives and align on strategic positioning</li><li>Own product life cycles, including road maps, line reviews, SWOT, and SKU harmonization/rationalization</li><li>Execute product development initiatives. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own our clients strategy for the Focus Application – develop “where to play” and “how to win” plans by combining market and customer insights with knowledge of our clients product and go-to-market strengths.</li><li>Enhance application knowledge of our clients sales, product management, and engineering team members through Voice of Customer initiatives and market research. Disseminate insights widely in the company through engagement with stakeholders and creation of reusable training content.</li><li>Co-own (with sales) the customer strategy and revenue / new opportunity pipeline within the focus application.
