Role Description: <ul><li>As a process manager with our client, you will focus on delivering results today and implementing changes that shape the future.</li><li>You will be assigned a specific area within the process chain where you’ll take responsibility for process outcomes and risk management.</li><li>Due to the rapidly evolving energy market, our client’s team needs to expand to ensure timely and complete implementation of essential process changes.</li><li>In the coming period, we are seeking reinforcement for initiatives like the implementation of the new energy law, expected to take effect in mid-2025</li><li>Additionally, our client aims to further professionalize billing chains and settlement processes with other market participants in the energy sector.</li><li>Our client’s objective is to deliver optimal process performance and an outstanding customer experience (NPS) for business clients.</li><li>Key areas of focus include enhancing the customer journey and advancing the digitization and automation of customer processes.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Identify and implement cross-chain process optimizations and projects within commercial and service operations.</li><li>Prepare for the implementation of the new energy law.</li><li>Develop process flows, customer journeys, work instructions, and training materials.</li><li>Lead the change process and execute system changes within sourcing, CRM, or billing systems, as well as the online business environment.</li><li>Conduct data analysis to support business cases or process analysis.</li><li>Support digitalization goals through automation and AI initiatives.</li><li>Enhance NPS scores for business clients.</li><li>Our client is focused on the marketing, sales, and service needs of business customers. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Actively reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinates the sales and Accounts Receivables team to resolve any customer billing escalations. Work with the accounting team to identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately.</li><li>Evaluate, suggest, and manage credit limits for both new and existing customers and identify any credit risks.</li><li>Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers to address billing inquiries proactively and facilitate prompt payments.</li><li>Work closely with the revenue team on billing flows from Salesforce, and with the implementation team to coordinate on invoicing, in line with company service level agreements and terms and conditions.</li><li>Compile and present comprehensive weekly accounts receivable reports to drive insights on aging, collections performance, and cash flow forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation within the accounts receivable domain.</li><li>Spearhead, participate in, and execute initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate accuracy (inclusive of process changes and/or system migrations).</li><li>Other duties or functions as may be needed and assigned.</li><li>Perform periodical tasks relating to the function (reconciliation, reporting, and review).</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Accounts Receivable roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting.</li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, and managerial skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using advanced accounting software (ERP and/or Accounts Receivable software systems; knowledge of SAP Cloud is a plus).</li></ul>
