Responsibilities:Responsible for procurement of the assigned raw materials, goods or services while utilizing negotiations, employing market knowledge to obtain best pricing and best supply situation Processes and documents all Procure-to-Pay transactions in an efficient and accurate manner by working with the Sourcing Managers, Accounts Payable and key stakeholders in the plantObtain and analyze pricing bids, spot buys, and quotes to determine proper sourcing of indirect materials, and/or servicesNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and exercise a high degree of independent judgment to manage vendor relationshipsIdentify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities without impacting service levelsWork to minimize the total cost of transactions.Initiate set up process for new vendors.Resolve blocked invoice issues.Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws Assist with contract development and entries into contract management systemSeek to become the expert and source of advice in area of assignment.Requirements:Bachelors degree in supply chain preferred.Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience preferred.Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong interpersonal skills; able to forge and collaborate with internal customer/external supplier relationships.Understanding of contracts and commercial terms Comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and basic understanding of supply chain managementExpertise in SAP and/or SAP-Ariba data processing systems preferredAbility to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization; Adaptive to change, uncertain circumstances, embraces challengesExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in team environment and demonstrate leadershipNegotiation skillsComfortable with conflict

Responsibilities:Fully-familiar with the PPP/BOO/BOOT concession models and the steps needed to close a project including: Drafting Solicitation of Interest, finalizing and issuing the Request for Proposals, conducting Job Explanation meetings, manage a bid process, conducting negotiation sessions with the Bidder, Managing the Bid Review Team to review the bids, bid evaluation and selection, and the financial close process.Fulfill role as a "Transaction Lead " with responsibility for each phase of the transaction to financial close.Manages transaction development / procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.Determines the scope and objectives of the transaction, offering commercialized solutions to meet business requirements.Coordinates internal subject matter experts’ groups (Law, Finance, and Corporate Planning/Management Services) to ensure transaction progress.Lead multi workstream evaluation and reviews developers submitted proposals.Prepares the transaction approval documents at each stage of the transaction and manages the required functional review and approvals. Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial and marketing viability of new initiatives.Works with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities.Provides administrative direction as required to the transaction teams. Prepare job performance appraisals, and recommends job promotions.Capable of analyzing companies, performing industry sector analysis, and interacting with external financial advisors, lenders, environmental, commercial and technical consultants. Understands and complies with the Company’s Third-Party Transaction guidelines.Formulate economic/financial models for complex business proposals.Leads the development of business offerings packages to potential developers.Leads screening the potential developers / consortiums. Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed.Manages and mentors’ young professionals. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or its equivalent is required.Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and other forms of continuing professional education.12 years relevant experience in business development.A foremost expert in business development, will possess relevant industry expertise and will have solid experience in project development, BOOT/ PPP / DBFO projects, project finance transactions, and joint ventures.Proficient in oral and written English.Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:Contracts and Pricing Operations:You will manage customer pricing for both direct & indirect customers within the icontracts application, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates. Support the Contracts & Pricing dept. in annual bid submissions.Work closely with the Contracting, Chargeback, and Customer Service teams to ensure customers & contracts are set up promptly with correct pricing.You will work with the appropriate sale teams, supply chain and other related teams to ensure quality, consistency and to help businesses determine and set competitive pricing analysis.Will daily update and manage Sign Desk, Sales Force, icontracts with current business workflow.Create periodical customer notices (discontinuations/WAC changes/increases) and pricing analysis and distribute it to Sales team.Manage, trend, and publish, as needed, pricing reports for internal stakeholders on ad hoc request.Requirements:Bachelors is mustExperience with icontracts and/or Sales Force. Proficiency in excel.

Responsibilities: Overarching Activities:Handle end-to-end process for all purchase requisitions under framework agreement.Handle end-to-end process for low-value purchase orders not under framework agreement.Manage sourcing for tail end.Take ownership of purchase’s full lifetime, from order to delivery.Purchase Requests and Orders:Receive, verify, and act on purchase requisitions under framework agreement and low-value purchase requisitions.Examine purchase requisitions for completeness of technical details and information, interact independently with end users for correctness and warehouse for MM items before issue of RFQs.Review quotations before sending to end users and seek appropriate clarifications to resolve technical issues for Materials Master and Services Master items items and direct out items if possible.Seek technical and commercial clarifications from respective suppliers and communicate responses of suppliers to end users for final evaluation.Issue tender enquiries, open tender documentation, technical and commercial evaluation of suppliers to issue purchase orders and supply agreements.Biddings, Negotiations and Tenders: Negotiate with vendors to contract or award purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.Obtain confirmation on specified items and conditions and tabulate prices of technically acceptable bidders to issue purchase order to lowest bidder.Monitor and control compliance with complex agreements and tenders.Prepare Tender Committee submissions and evaluate tenders and recommendations to Tender Committee participants.Lead price negotiations, agreements and progress monitoring while checking the quality of services/materials provided.Support investigation of any major issues/supply contract breaches in the procurement cycle to supervise the preparation of consequent action plans.Delivery and Expediting:Coordinate the interface of logistics (i.e. procurement, freight forwarders, transportation, and warehousing), to ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials.Monitor progress of suppliers and assure they are working within the deadlines.Coordinate actions with end-user focal points to set priorities and schedules.Ensure all permits/import licenses and Ministry of Interior clearances are obtained and maintained.Ensure that all proper customs requirements are understood and communicated to freight forwarders and vendors and other related government agencies.Contract Management:Understand and exercise pricing formula in framework agreements.Prepare Tender documents along with suitable pricing mechanisms/schedule in the form of Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Rates, Lump Sum prices, etc. for inclusion in Tender documents.Perform contractual and commercial evaluation of bids, with commercial tender tabulation, pricing and terms and conditions of the contract.Review/evaluate contractor claims, and report on validity.Review interim applications for payment verifying accuracy and compliance with the contract terms.Evaluate variations, change orders or concession requests with the contractor, and prepare documentation for approval.Maintain high quality of records and updates on contracts/tenders, contractors, etc.Responsible for contract administration (post award).Internal Customers & Supplier Relations:Communicate and discuss technical requirements and procedures with vendors/supplier to establish and maintain professional relationshipLiaise and regularly coordinate with internal customers and maintain proper track of purchase requisition to provide the best customer service within the company.Receive purchased materials and services and coordinate delivery to respective requestors.Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures: Comply with and ensure other team members comply with all section’s policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Provide critical input to support the development of the Section’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures to meet business requirements.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Provide recommendations in the selection and technical qualification of such consultants/contractors, reviewing requirements for variation orders and endorsing and/or approval within limitsManage the initial stages of engineering projects aimed at expanding or enhancing the capability of all equipment, associated systems and facilities.
