Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure quality resolution of employee and manager on HR related enquiries raised through our online ticketing system in a timely manner.</li><li>Work with external vendor on insurance &amp; other employee benefits.</li><li>Assist employees with time &amp; attendance enquiries.</li><li>Sharing monthly analytical reports with Finance, payroll &amp; HR solutions partners.</li><li>Create appropriate documentation to support query resolution including official HR letter, updating forms and templates etc.</li><li>Utilize our online knowledge base, subject matter experts and liaison with other departments to provide accurate resolution to employee queries.</li><li>Ensure high level of accuracy in maintaining employee records in HR Systems.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee data.</li><li>Ensure appropriate escalations to get quick resolution.</li><li>Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and legislative policies, procedures and controls.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate specializing in HR</li><li>1 year experience in HR function</li><li>Basic English communication skill.</li><li>Proactive &amp; problem-solving capability.</li><li>Strong team player with a passion for working in a global HR environment</li><li>High level of customer service orientation</li><li>Computer Proficiency – MS Office suite.</li><li>Proficient in excel.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Driving CCSI (Productivity saving) and OMP (Material saving) including identify new opportunity, work with cross functional team to build up project, calculation saving/ROI, maintain tracking for the project</li><li>achievement and reporting out.</li><li>Implement company OA (Operation Excellence) deployment plans as following; business unit/plant strategic and operational plan.</li><li>Lead in OEE and Change over improvement, collect relevant data, identify potential causes with manufacturing team, analysis and driving improvement solution.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement throughout the organization using Lean and Six Sigma principles and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead problem-solving through Lean - Six Sigma, root cause analysis and verify that permanent corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement through company Best, COE (Center of Excellence).</li><li>Support plant in achieving their continuous improvement goals; cost-saving and SQCDP.</li><li>Support for digital transformation and digital engineering to implement new digital solution to shopfloor area.</li><li>Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process &amp; systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage the Manufacturing team in the continuous improvement process to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized, and implemented in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.</li><li>Stimulate management thinking by proposing new ways of doing things.&nbsp;</li><li>Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies, seeking out and piloting new tools, and creating innovative thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all activities as required.</li><li>Comply with company procedure and environmental and safety regulation.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor / Manager.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.&nbsp;</li><li>3-5 years relevant working experience in a Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineer, Operation Excellence and Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma Problem Solving experience preferred.</li><li>Have experience in project management.</li><li>Have experience in industrial digital transformation.</li><li>Knowledge of Assembly process is advantage.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving technique; Lean and Six Sigma.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel, Project and Minitab, SolidWorks or AUTOCAD, Visio.</li><li>Knowledge in GD&amp;T/SPC/FMEA/DOE.</li><li>Good mechanical / technical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Good Project Management skill and effective in report writing.</li><li>Able to prepare and present technical knowledge.</li><li>Good attitude with growth mindset.</li><li>Able to work under pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Quality point of contact for assigned Southeast Asia customer accounts.</li><li>Provide the Voice of the Customer feedback to product management, product engineering and manufacturing locations for characteristics that can become quality or application risks to the customer.</li><li>Manages Quality / Reliability interactions with the customer, including regular communication and escalations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues and minimize customer impact, Company PPM, cost of poor quality and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Influences without authority in efforts to achieve 5D/8D response time within 10 business days or less.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated teams within company.&nbsp;</li><li>Carries out the customer quality improvement strategy.</li><li>Ensures compliance to company quality policies and procedures related to customer requirements.</li><li>Partners closely with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure organizational alignment regarding setting targets and achieving quality objectives for our customers.</li><li>Partners with engineering and sales to establish trust with our customers by sharing our DND strategic quality roadmap as well as resolving problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Regularly conducts reviews with key customers regarding DNDs quality &amp; delivery performance.</li><li>Drives systemic corrective action and continual improvement for customers through training and implementation and use an array of quality improvement tools.</li><li>Regularly reports to management on the overall performance and effectiveness of the assigned strategic customer account.</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a company facility or at a sub-tier supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the MRB team functions for disposition of non-conforming products.</li><li>Visit local customers and travel within Southeast Asia to customer locations to review company product and application as it is being used by the customer and to foster productive working relationships.</li><li>Conduct audits at manufacturing sites and attend to customer audits.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with DC, Planner, Sales &amp; CCP on block stock &amp; RMA return.</li><li>Coordinate onsite sorting at customer site with Sales, Planner &amp; CCP.</li><li>Coordinate RMA request &amp; return with manufacturing.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering with technical focus.</li><li>5+ years minimum quality assurance experience working in a global capacity.</li><li>Preferred customer quality experience in the electronics industry.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, forge strong internal relationships, and drive transformation globally.</li><li>Knowledge and application of quality system regulations (ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000).</li><li>Experienced in the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D and other advanced statistical methods including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Process Capability (CpK) techniques.</li><li>Possesses strong leadership skills and executive level presence.</li><li>Self-motivated, efficient, ability to work with little or no supervision, and committed to a team approach.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>May require travel to customers and other company locations, including overnight and multi-day trips.</li><li>Experience in core processes such as stamping, molding, plating and assembly preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Order Management <ul><li>Organize, review, and manage order entry in ERP (BPCS, SAP) and ensure orders are being executed on time, meet MOQ, palletization and within the right lead time to suppliers.</li><li>Regularly maintain and update lates order status and share with customers on a weekly basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Respond and resolve timely issues and delivery blockage to mitigate and have minimum shipment delays.</li><li>Ensure documentations are on provided on time to customers before shipment arrival at destination port.</li></ul> Customer and Operational Excellence: <ul><li>Prompt communication to customer on short term supply or logistics constraints if any to manage orders, shipment arrival, stock holding and customer expectations.</li><li>Respond timely to customers’ inquiries, ability to provide the right and efficient recommendations and solutions to customers related to supply and logistics.</li><li>Proactively work with customers, commercial and demand planning on forecasting demand to prevent out of stock products.</li></ul> Reporting: <ul><li>Prepare visibility on order progress and delivery, as well as service performance, following company’s KPIs&nbsp;</li><li>Monthly GSV closing report.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining order tracker files and monthly/weekly routine reports as assigned.</li><li>Provide necessary reports to comply with Global KHC policies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education Background: Business administrative or any related field.</li><li>Education Level:Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li></ul> Working Experience: <ul><li>5-8 years’ minimum of Supply chain and Logistics operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent in organization skills and attention to details.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage.</li></ul> Technical Skills: <ul><li>Proficiency in relevant ERPs (SAP, BPCS)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint&nbsp;</li></ul> Other Specific Requirements: <ul><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success</li><li>Good in English proficiency</li></ul> Personality/ Attitude: <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable working with multinational stakeholders</li><li>Ability to take ownership and take initiatives.</li><li>Energetic &amp; Creative to ideas</li><li>Self-motivated, team motivated and result oriented.</li><li>Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain working relationships with stakeholders.</li><li>People management skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategy Development &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop &amp; execute a Channel strategies for strategic channels, namely QSR, FSR, Hotels which should be aligned to the overall strategy of Foodservice SSEA.</li><li>Define NPD and L&amp;L opportunities that we can bring to our key customers in these respective channels.</li><li>Ensure business processes are in place to support the tools required to execute against the channel/customer strategies.</li></ul> Customer Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision makers with regional key customers in SSEA.</li><li>Create and drive JVP with regional Key Accounts like Jollibee, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, etc., aligned to our strategic ambition.</li><li>Develop Key Account Management program for local country sales teams (including distributors).</li><li>Lead &amp; directly execute QSR/FSR/Hotel plans from International Zone Foodservice.</li><li>Liaise with International Zone Foodservice for global QSR contracts, participate &amp; negotiate contracts with QSR tenders.</li><li>Drive value-creation initiatives/solutions with QSR/FSR/Hotel Key Accounts (e.g. insight-drive menu ideation).</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, consumer/market insights, and business drivers and use these to develop clear customer account plans that are aligned with commercial targets (e.g. NSV, CMA).</li></ul> Financial: <ul><li>Achieve NSV &amp; CCMA objectives in the AOP.</li><li>Effectively manage D&amp;A &amp; A&amp;P allowances to yield the highest NSV.</li><li>Ensure Strategic channels QSR FSR Hotels are achieving its sell-out targets in core countries – PH, TH, HK, MY, SG.</li></ul> Supply Chain: <ul><li>Manage NPD and L&amp;L opportunities for strategic channels (QSR, FSR, Hotel) in SSEA</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Set up systems to ensure best in class sales intelligence (market, competitor activity) is gathered and analysed by Foodservice Marketing for inclusion in the S&amp;OP process.</li></ul> Leadership, Organization, &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Create/enhance the Channel Management programs for key accounts.</li><li>Train and develop local sales team in core countries on key account management and execution of channel strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 10 years sales experiences in multinational FMCG with at least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in the QSR/FSR/Hotel channel.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.</li><li>Strong skills in Key Account Management.</li><li>Proficient in Foodservice trading terms.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborate with country Foodservice commercial team on a full understanding of product category sell-out performance by key countries, by sub-channel, and by strategic channel – root-cause analysis on performance drivers, identify core vs non-core SKUs, actively participate in routines with country commercial team to discuss key enablers to drive growth.</li><li>Develop and implement foodservice marketing plans with precise communication to our target audience which are professional chefs, fostering strong &amp; effective communication of brand-customer proposition.</li><li>Identify in-store off-take opportunities in our strategic channels QSR, FSR, Hotels and create programs that will drive consumer off-take, especially front-of-house &amp; back-of-house solutions.</li><li>Foodservice insights &amp; trends for co-creation/menu ideation sales pitches.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the development of business plans by giving visibility on macro-overview of product category sizing and market share by country.</li><li>Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, sales strategies, and pricing policies, and regularly report findings to management and other relevant departments, offering appropriate recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate with Commercial Chef on: Identifying product differentiation vs key competitors of core SKUs.&nbsp;</li><li>Building selling kits to enable commercial team in their selling conversations.&nbsp;</li><li>Specifying product features advantages &amp; benefits, unique selling point / reason to-believe.</li><li>Develop positioning for foodservice trade proposition for use in media and sales tools.</li><li>Responsible for managing and executing digital quantitative testing for front-running concepts as part of the vetting process.</li><li>Manage annual marketing budget. Obtain cost estimates, manage project budgets, and lead creation and execution of approved projects.</li><li>Lead cross functional project teams. Set clear logical project objectives, plans, and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate progress and outcomes to project stakeholders.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher, with approximately 7 years of experience in Marketing and/or Product Management within food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Western-style fast food, casual dining, bakery shops, five-star hotels, and industrial catering channels, with a proven track record of developing end users for Western-style restaurant chain clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience in team management.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication, coordination, and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Keen numerical acumen, market awareness, with a strong drive to achieve targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to thrive under pressure.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent presentation and logical thinking capabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Growth mindset</li></ul>
