Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking a UI Lead to help create our next-generation products that satisfy our customer’s needs.</li><li>The UI Lead will use their deep professional knowledge and an understanding of the customer environment to propose and develop new and innovative solutions to customer problems.</li><li>They will use their understanding of applied engineering, product lifecycle and technology advancement to help align and solve problems across multiple product lines using similar technology.</li><li>The successful candidate will be hands on and curious with a focus on technology, remote collaboration, the application of engineering principles, and the ability to influence cross functionally to achieve department goals.</li><li>This role will report to the Technical Program Manager and will work from our Pune office</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the infrastructure and the software architecture for the React-based Front End related to a specific set of products and projects.</li><li>Act as a lead and a mentor to offshore teams, including code review, best practices, architecting, product thinking, and code quality.</li><li>Develop platform software and collaborate across engineering groups to maximize the use of common emerging platform technologies, conventions, technological building blocks.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management, Architects and Product Owners from various teams and Executive leaders to define the business and technical strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with global engineering leads at various businesses to establish and drive adoption of conventions and innovation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelors or higher degree in a related technical field (Electrical, Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering)</li><li>8+ Years in front end development</li><li>5+ years in architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of a micro front end that consumes high distributed service-oriented architectures, having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, scalability and security.</li><li>Experience with UI and UX concepts using modular and reusable UI components.</li><li>Experience with refactoring large code bases using safe techniques.</li><li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines. Keep abreast with technology development in the industry and regulators.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.</li><li>More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.</li><li>Familiar with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS and experienced with Telco’s business and operations and network protocols like DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong technical, analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing workplace and infrastructure environments.</li><li>Customer and service centric and able to communicate concisely and clearly with non-IT-savvy users.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts and Agile methodologies.</li></ul>
