Responsibilities: Rules &amp; Procedures: <ul><li>Serve on-site production delivery and quality performance, be responsible for solving difficult problems and continuous improvement of mold maintenance technology, </li><li>TPM management performance of mold maintenance &amp; spare parts management, etc., and effectively implement TEs core values.</li></ul> Solve difficult problems in mold maintenance technology &amp; continuous improvement: <ul><li>Analysis and solution of various mold technical problems in the mold production process &amp; continuous improvement, involving quality, output, abnormal downtime, work efficiency, etc., with engineering and technical ideas to analyze the causes of problems, solution design drawings and result verification, and effectively expand horizontally.</li><li>Summarize the experience of solving technical problems of mold maintenance, and continue to improve the standardization of mold maintenance</li></ul> Mold Repair TPM Management Performance &amp; Spare Parts Management Improvement: <ul><li>Mold maintenance preventive work summary and machine change planning, effectively improve mold maintenance abnormal shutdown, maintenance work efficiency and maintenance and repair time cycle.</li><li>Effectively improve the accuracy of mold parts management and abnormal fast response, and continuously improve the maintenance cost and inventory of mold parts.</li></ul> Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Major, Mechanical design/Mold design, etc., college degree or above Plus read and write English</li></ul> Work experience: <ul><li>Process Engineer More than two years of on-site maintenance experience in stamping dies, CI Engineer&nbsp;</li><li>precision stamping/ordinary stamping</li><li>More than two years of stamping die engineering technology improvement (design IE engineer&nbsp;</li><li>production technician Work experience, working experience in the electronic stamping industry of foreign companies Stamping Process Technician&nbsp;</li><li>UP Technician (Bond6) Priority is given to testing.</li><li>ME Backup</li></ul> Ability requirements: <ul><li>Proficient in the use of CAD and other engineering drawing software, mold parts design improvement drawings, specific technical problems analysis and engineering technology improvement ability;</li><li>Proficient in the use of office software, able to conduct data analysis and summary, experience summary of difficult problems and continuous improvement and follow-up ability.</li><li>Familiar with lean/problem solving tool applications such as lean KAIZEN, TPM, STD work, etc., and familiar with the application of management performance indicators such as OEE, QCO, spare parts management, etc.</li><li>Familiar with five major tools such as quality management, PFMEA, APQP and so on is preferred.</li><li>Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving and planning skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading and work together with a team of 3rd party service contractors on site; Provide day to day IT support and resolution services to users for technical assistance and support; troubleshoot PC operations which will enable end-users to operate daily business efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be Accountable, manages and owns all IT asset management, inventory and financials related to the IWPS domain&nbsp;</li><li>The incumbent should possess an excellent understanding of service desk procedures as well as an understanding of desktop software, hardware, and communications.</li><li>Action critical controls: User account management in windows based Active Directory systems</li><li>Responsible for service requests logging, the prioritization and escalation of all services related Service Desk calls within company Thailand</li><li>Works closely with all levels of function leaders to communicate and resolve systems issues in each functional area</li><li>Proactively manage and/or participate in various IT-related projects&nbsp;</li><li>Perform periodic system (performance, usage, traffic, reliability, fault &amp; failure, backup status, DR status, patch, security violation and so on) &amp; inventory assessment to provide periodic management reporting and quickly communicate issues and recommendations when necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complete action plans for their recommendations in a timely manner</li><li>Trouble and recover the issues of network, firewall, servers, and security</li><li>Possess a detailed understanding of business processes and procedures and how Information Technology is supporting the business within functional business units</li><li>Make sure all IT related work is done in compliance with company’s policy.</li><li>Maintain IT Policies, Procedures Manual, IT Operational Procedures, System Risk Assessment, and IT DR plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; monitor access control approved by Data Security.</li><li>Recommend hardware/ software/ services expenditures and evaluate IT vendors’ service provided.</li><li>Maintain contracts/ documents with IT service vendors.</li><li>Manage compliance with agreed IT support processes and standards and escalates issues regarding non-compliance to the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Works as part of project team to deliver infrastructure elements of projects as directed by the Project Manager and / or the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Leads any local infrastructure upgrade projects with support and guidance from regional IT Infrastructure Managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years of IT infrastructure/End user support experience. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must.</li><li>Significant computer literacy including understanding of information services related technologies and ITIL lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Possess broad knowledge of business principles and must be able to apply them to technological solutions and business situations.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and ownership mindset to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and ensure the result delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving, planning, analytical skills and project management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) and other languages will be an advantage.</li><li>Base Technical Skill:</li><li>Windows 10 &amp; 11</li><li>Windows Server 2012 and newer&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft 365 suite</li><li>Symantec Backup and Antivirus Technologies</li><li>Cisco Network Technologies&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft Enterprise and collaboration tools such as Teams &amp; SharePoint Online</li><li>Android OS based Scan Gun Technology</li><li>Microsoft Teams Meeting Room VC Solution</li></ul>

Responsibilities:The Quality Associate I, Operations is responsible for actively participating in “on the floor” Quality activities during product manufacturing and/or packaging.Quality activities include product sampling and inspection, area clearance to confirm process readiness, and non-conforming event support to resolve in-process issues.Communicates to multiple departments and supervision to provide timely process and issue updates.Identifies and escalates issues or problems to appropriate supervision. Participates as a team member on cross-functional teams.Participates in reviews and structured processes for continuous improvement.  Quality Operations:Performs physical inspection of in-process and finished product samples as assigned and according to the production schedule.Collects samples from manufacturing and packaging according to the defined Batch Production Record and procedure requirements.Becomes competent in processes: Weighing, Blending, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Encapsulation, Packaging.Follows internal processes related to controlled substances.Performs GMP related verifications such as line clearances, cleaning, room inspection, and materialsCollects and appropriately labels packaging retain samples, and submits to the archive storageMay execute computer data entries in CME, JDE, LIMS, and/or department databases.Collects retain samples and performs sample evaluation for Annual Product Review.May backup third party product review/release.Perform sampling of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, excipients, and packaging components for release testing.Non-conforming events:Responds to and escalates events identified during production to Quality Management.Participates in investigations with the Rapid Response Team as needed.Process Improvement:Collaborates with Manufacturing and Quality partners to identify and implement improvements.Compliance:Conducts GMP walkthroughs of facilitiesLearns how to perform in-process audits to identify adherence to SOPs and BR requirements.Actively participates in training events, and maintains currency with assigned training requirements.Safety:Follows all procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.Requirements:Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant industry experience (Oral Solid Dose pharmaceutical manufacturing and Quality Assurance experience preferred)Ability to communicate and work with teams.Attention to detail.Strong documentation skills.Ability to read and interpret SOPs and function within the scope of procedures.
