Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Role Description: <ul><li>As the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of various indirect categories critical to the success of our business.</li><li>The key sourcing categories for this role include marketing, media, retail, logistics, and other services.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the key procurement categories in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders to achieve cost savings, process efficiencies, and supplier performance improvements.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure their continued growth and the success of the Indirect Procurement function.</li><li>Develop deep knowledge of purchasing needs, expectations, priorities, and goals of companywide stakeholders to drive relevant and cost-effective purchasing solutions.</li><li>Drive sustainability initiatives within “L’Oréal For The Future” sustainability program in the procurement process, considering eco-friendly and ethical sourcing practices.</li><li>Participate in the company budget creation by identifying and quantifying purchasing savings.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.</li><li>Build and effectively maintain relationships within all organizational levels, including the C-Suite and assure alignment between business priorities and achievement of overall savings targets</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and establish long-term partnerships that drive value and innovation.</li><li>Continuously monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to stay at the forefront of indirect procurement excellence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing, with a minimum of 3 years in Indirect Sourcing within FMCG sector.</li><li>Proven track record in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.</li><li>Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders both up and down the organization, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Adept at influencing decision-makers without direct authority, while effectively managing vendor relationships.</li><li>Experience and ownership of the sourcing budget process and accountability for delivery.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices for indirect procurement, including market dynamics and supplier management.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in contract management.</li><li>Experience in project management and change management and oriented towards the user experience.</li><li>Bachelors degree in a related field; a relevant professional certification is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement software and tools.</li><li>Endless curiosity and ability to work in an ever changing &amp; demanding environment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Develop and execute customer growth plans aligned with our client business strategy to ensure revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction. Include key details like buying cycles, customer goals, market information, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with the BDM team and technical experts to influence key market players and expand our client presence in the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Communicate customer growth plans clearly with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning our client as a preferred supplier by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products and solutions.</li><li>Actively manage project pipelines and ensure timely involvement in new opportunities. Keep reporting tools, like Salesforce, updated.</li><li>Address customer issues proactively, ensuring quality resolution and timely delivery of quotes and technical information.</li><li>Prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and report on project performance while promoting our client value to the customer.</li><li>Provide after-sales support through regular follow-ups and site visits.</li><li>Oversee the engineering project pipeline and align with growth strategies.</li><li>Support marketing efforts, demonstrate our client products, and participate in industry events.</li><li>This version keeps the core responsibilities while trimming the details.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or product management within an industrial or energy market.</li><li>Fluency in English is required</li><li>Experience in the renewable energy sector is mandatory.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans and identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of managing complex accounts and contracts.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region, with a valid driver’s license.</li></ul>
