Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate posting for sales recognition and cash application.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate bank draft related posting.</li><li>Validate data for VAT invoicing.</li><li>Do the monthly VAT reconciliation</li><li>Perform regular AR reports</li><li>AR overdue management, analyze &amp; deliver info. to relevant business stakeholders for follow up actions.</li><li>Timely journal filling</li><li>Perform accounts reconciliation for AR related sub-ledger</li><li>Regularly reconcile AR statement with customers (3rd party &amp; IC)</li><li>Historical case investigation to ensure booking accuracy &amp; reasonableness</li><li>Perform PBC list regarding AR sub-ledger parts per audit request</li><li>Support AR related projects if needed</li><li>Coach &amp; share experience to band 2 staff</li><li>Other financial responsibilities assigned by Supervisors</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5years+ accounting experience with minimum 3 years in AR manufacturing (auto supplier is preferred)</li><li>Accounting in Major / Accounting qualifications</li><li>English/Chinese Writing/Speaking</li><li>Accuracy/Attention to detail</li><li>QAD experiences preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Good Microsoft Office application, data processing skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for matching PO/goods receipts/invoices and record accurately, resolve problems related to discrepancies in time.</li><li>Responsible for expense booking with correct chart of account and verify the supporting documents to compliance with internal policy.</li><li>Reconcile and track the invoice for advance payment and follow up on the long-aged AP items.</li><li>Ensure monthly closing related works completed on schedule. Such as bank reconciliation, Intercompany reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, APV and GRNI analysis</li><li>Complete Inter-company reconciliation monthly and make sure no OOB.</li><li>Perform supplier statement reconciliations accurately and in a timely basis</li><li>Provide account analysis related to AP accurately and on time.</li><li>Communicate with plant account staff efficiently</li><li>Assist internal and external audit</li><li>Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of finance processes across various entities.</li><li>Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor in accounting or finance</li><li>Experience: 3 years Accounting work experience with at least 1 years in AP accountant role.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems and office software, QAD preferred</li><li>Experience in a shared services environment preferred.</li><li>Good inter-personal and communications skills</li></ul>
