Ensure that the structures are correctly focused and aligned to avoid duplication and wasted efforts, whilst promoting collaboration and end to solution selling.Turn regional strategies into clear business plans for capabilities and/or countries. Plan and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring cooperation between different teams in the sub-Region.Design and develop capability and cross-capability solutions for products that enable increased trade across the sub-Region, deploying sales teams accordingly.Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of business development and sales performance metrics for the sub- region. Prepare regular reports, analyze data to identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.Oversee and guide capability sales teams, leveraging their data and insights to develop and refine products and solutions that align with market demands and drive business growth.Grow revenue by finding new business opportunities, building pipelines, and developing innovative capability solutions for key customers.Design and develop specific products that allow us to differentiate from the market given our combination of capabilities across P&T and logistics – where applicable ensure that these are integrated with trade lane strategies so as to enable the connection of SSA to the worldParticipate and support customer reviews to support and build strategic client accounts and manage strategic relationships.Develop strategies to penetrate key accounts, gain rates, renewal rates and client profitability. Responsibilities:The Sr P&PM Analyst primary role is to handle along with the rest of the Planning Group the following tasks: Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting. Conducts special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes. Provides supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks with other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice. Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Planning and Performance Management job roles. Work Experience – candidates from these sources would be the primary target:Accountants, planners, and auditors.Skills – candidate should have skills in a number of these areas:Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance, PowerPoint and Excel is required.Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools are required.Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.Excellent command of oral & written English. 

Responsibilities:Landscape Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities & rank the best fits.Technology Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of our cultivated seafood technology, including its capabilities and limitations, to understand gaps and potential extensions for R&D grant opportunities.Grant writing: Lead the development, writing, and submission of grant proposals. Act as the owner of grant concept brainstorming and drafting of high-quality proposals.Grant lifecycle management: Act as liaison to all funding agencies and grant collaborators, maintain records and fulfill reporting requirements.Stakeholder management: Research and maintain a list of potential partners and collaborators, both academic and industry, for future grant proposals.
