Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support in identify areas for improvement in factory operations and production processes.</li><li>Research and evaluate appropriate smart factory solutions to address identified areas for improvement.</li><li>Support the deployment of the smart factory roadmap and strategy aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Support the implementation of selected smart factory solutions, including project management, system design, and deployment for QA App, DDS and AM&nbsp;</li><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective delivery of smart factory solutions and ongoing support.</li><li>Ensure smart factory solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and processes.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for smart factory solutions.</li><li>Provide technical support and training to users of smart factory solutions.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in smart factory technology.</li><li>Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders on the progress and impact of smart factory initiatives.</li><li>Responsible for executing projects related to improvement, innovation, formula changes, and capital projects in their line.</li><li>Active participation in the COE of CI/PO to understand variations and OEE trends of their line</li><li>Supports smart factory improvement projects oriented to generate savings and increase productivity to directly impact the OEE and comply with the plant savings pipeline</li><li>Ensures compliance with the KWS methodology through digitization as well as participating in the assigned COE</li><li>Enables learning among their collaborators during the training sessions.</li><li>Generates monthly executive performance reports by platforms Applications.&nbsp;</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field&nbsp;</li><li>Language: English, advanced level</li><li>Knowledge: Results-oriented, analytical, and creative thinking. Working by objective and proactive</li><li>Fresh graduate or at least 1years of experience in smart factory technology or related field.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including experience in smart factory implementations.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select appropriate smart factory solutions for specific business needs.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Intune and EUC management.</li><li>Strong expertise in managing Windows and Mac devices in hybrid and cloud environments.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools.</li><li>Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).</li><li>Familiarity with EUC tools and platforms like Jamf for Mac device management.</li><li>Solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.</li></ul> Microsoft Intune Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary owner for Microsoft Intune, managing its implementation, configuration, and optimization.</li><li>Design and enforce policies for device compliance, security, and conditional access for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.</li><li>Oversee app lifecycle management, including deployment, updates, and retirement.</li></ul> EUC Leadership: <ul><li>Lead the EUC team to deliver high-quality end-user device management services across the organization.</li><li>Define and implement strategies to enhance user productivity and experience while maintaining security and compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to align EUC solutions with organizational goals.</li></ul> Endpoint Lifecycle Management: <ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of endpoints, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and decommissioning.</li><li>Leverage automation tools and scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline endpoint management processes.</li><li>Ensure seamless device onboarding for both Windows and Mac environments.</li></ul> Security and Compliance: <ul><li>Implement and manage security baselines, encryption, and data protection policies for all endpoints.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GDPR, ISO, and other relevant regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments for endpoint devices.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay updated on the latest developments in Intune, EUC technologies, and device management trends.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance, reliability, and security of EUC solutions.</li><li>Lead efforts to modernize the EUC environment, including adopting zero-trust principles and cloud-based solutions.</li></ul> Team Leadership and Support: <ul><li>Provide mentorship and guidance to EUC team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.</li><li>Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to Intune and EUC.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, processes, and user guides.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in IT or related field.</li><li>8 to 10 years’ working experience in IT companies with 5 years in Intune and EUC management.</li><li>Strong track record of managing EUC environment and executing projects.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop IT programs that meet defined business requirements per specification documentation</li><li>Work with IT Business Analysts and customers to understand business users’ requirements for new workflow, reports, interfaces/APIs, enhancements, conversion programs and forms</li><li>Develop and deploy SAP artifacts within the landscape, inclusive but not limited to programs, function modules, interface classes, IDOCs, DDIC objects and other requisite objects within</li><li>the application server ABAP environment</li><li>Develop and deploy SAP Fiori Applications and Services, complimented with OData service development</li><li>Lead innovative and transformative projects leveraging No/Low Code architectures within the public cloud ecosystem including Power Automate, Logic App, SAP Business Technology Platform.</li><li>Refactor existing ABAP applications into their modern BTP equivalent</li><li>Employ the latest coding practices and principles working with SAP HANA and SAP applications developed for SAP HANA</li><li>Develop and deploy API solutions within iPaaS architectures, optimizing for internal/external communication and interface usage</li><li>Code, test, analyze and implement new applications and changes to existing applications</li><li>Develop and maintain appropriate documentation including System Design and Technical Documentation</li><li>Assist in the documentation of all enhancements including comprehensive flowcharts, system configuration and technical artifacts deployed</li><li>Assist project managers and IT Solution Architect on estimations for development efforts</li><li>Perform requisite support of the global application footprint, in line with Service Level Agreements, which may require 24/7 on-call support</li><li>Assist as a mentor to fellow staff developers</li><li>Ensure that technical activities throughout the development lifecycle maximize the use of standards / best practices / solutions and minimize customization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>General IT experience: Minimum 10 years’ direct experience working and developing in distributed computing technologies, with experience in system design, trouble shooting, andprogramming in a 4GL language</li><li>SAP Experience: Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, including structured programming.</li><li>API Experience: Preferred experience with Jitterbit Harmony, or other API solution such as Mulesoft or Boomi.</li><li>Experience developing UI5, SAP Fiori and Core Data Service Views for SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Working knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform/Business Application Studio</li><li>ABAP and the SAP developer’s workbench, SAP HANA Studio &amp; ADT, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)</li><li>Ability to transform business function requirements into technical program specs, and to code, unit test and debug customer and standard application programs</li><li>Write custom ABAP reports for SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Advanced experience with SAP IDOC’s, BAPI’s, user-exit reports, ABAP workbench, ABAP objects, user-exits, dialog programming, reporting, Multi-level reporting/interactive, and data dictionary objects.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with SAPscript, SmartForm and Adobe Form Development</li><li>Experience with ALE, Remote Function Call and general API Development</li><li>Understanding of SAP enhancement framework</li><li>Understanding of SAP Fiori &amp; OData service framework in SAP</li><li>Understanding of relational databases, data storage and SQL concepts</li><li>Understanding of API frameworks and protocols</li><li>Ability to provide accurate and timely project management information</li><li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with the functional teams, development specialists, and the SAP support team. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own the technical design and solution both for FSM Core and FSM Mobile</li><li>Own the solution functionality design as per approved demands, and translate those to IT functional and technical requirements</li><li>Defines the optimal configuration with maximal utilization of out-of-the-box functionality vs company -specific customization</li><li>Support in defining data model and controlling data integrity for the solutions</li><li>Support application support teams and company service management in problem management</li><li>Support FSM license management</li><li>Ensure that solution development is in line with business objectives, user needs, target architecture and IT standards &amp; frameworks</li><li>Ensure the solution documentation is always up-to-date</li><li>Understand the FSM solution big-picture and the target state and it’s role in IT landscape and service business processes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>M.Sc. degree or equivalent</li><li>Professional experience of minimum 12 years in IT industry, with at least 8 years in Salesforce</li><li>Expertise and hands on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud products and their implementation</li><li>Expertise and hands on experience in custom mobile architectures</li><li>Good knowledge of handling &amp; simplifying Salesforce data integration designs with backend systems like SAP, IoT etc.</li><li>Salesforce App Builder and Developer certification(s).
