Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading and work together with a team of 3rd party service contractors on site; Provide day to day IT support and resolution services to users for technical assistance and support; troubleshoot PC operations which will enable end-users to operate daily business efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be Accountable, manages and owns all IT asset management, inventory and financials related to the IWPS domain&nbsp;</li><li>The incumbent should possess an excellent understanding of service desk procedures as well as an understanding of desktop software, hardware, and communications.</li><li>Action critical controls: User account management in windows based Active Directory systems</li><li>Responsible for service requests logging, the prioritization and escalation of all services related Service Desk calls within company Thailand</li><li>Works closely with all levels of function leaders to communicate and resolve systems issues in each functional area</li><li>Proactively manage and/or participate in various IT-related projects&nbsp;</li><li>Perform periodic system (performance, usage, traffic, reliability, fault &amp; failure, backup status, DR status, patch, security violation and so on) &amp; inventory assessment to provide periodic management reporting and quickly communicate issues and recommendations when necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complete action plans for their recommendations in a timely manner</li><li>Trouble and recover the issues of network, firewall, servers, and security</li><li>Possess a detailed understanding of business processes and procedures and how Information Technology is supporting the business within functional business units</li><li>Make sure all IT related work is done in compliance with company’s policy.</li><li>Maintain IT Policies, Procedures Manual, IT Operational Procedures, System Risk Assessment, and IT DR plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; monitor access control approved by Data Security.</li><li>Recommend hardware/ software/ services expenditures and evaluate IT vendors’ service provided.</li><li>Maintain contracts/ documents with IT service vendors.</li><li>Manage compliance with agreed IT support processes and standards and escalates issues regarding non-compliance to the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Works as part of project team to deliver infrastructure elements of projects as directed by the Project Manager and / or the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Leads any local infrastructure upgrade projects with support and guidance from regional IT Infrastructure Managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years of IT infrastructure/End user support experience. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must.</li><li>Significant computer literacy including understanding of information services related technologies and ITIL lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Possess broad knowledge of business principles and must be able to apply them to technological solutions and business situations.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and ownership mindset to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and ensure the result delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving, planning, analytical skills and project management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) and other languages will be an advantage.</li><li>Base Technical Skill:</li><li>Windows 10 &amp; 11</li><li>Windows Server 2012 and newer&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft 365 suite</li><li>Symantec Backup and Antivirus Technologies</li><li>Cisco Network Technologies&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft Enterprise and collaboration tools such as Teams &amp; SharePoint Online</li><li>Android OS based Scan Gun Technology</li><li>Microsoft Teams Meeting Room VC Solution</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future investments in developer products</li><li>Interact with developers and translate their needs into product requirements</li><li>Define key product indicators and success metrics for developer products&nbsp;</li><li>Partner closely with the User Experience team to build robust experiences and bring strong UX acumen.</li><li>Partner closely with the User Research team to help define and test hypotheses to uncover the developer journey and pain points</li><li>Manage stakeholders through communication strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Platform Engineering, User Experience, and User Research teams to define and ship developer products</li><li>Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delights users, has the right balance of impact vs engineering cost and makes a measurable impact on the business</li><li>Validate experiences and product prototypes with early adopters&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with developer relations &amp; product marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Deep empathy for developers and care about challenges a developer may face during their journey to build the right product strategy.</li><li>Experience delivering low-code solutions with self-service capabilities for developers</li><li>Knowledgeable of the tools and processes development teams use to develop, build, and, test integrations</li><li>Map a developer’s journey, translate challenges into a roadmap, and execute with precision and transparency</li><li>Understand how SDKs, and APIs are used to integrate products in sandbox and production environments&nbsp;</li><li>Cultivate a strong understanding of developer needs by being part of the developer community&nbsp;</li><li>Ship functionality after you’ve personally test driven it and you can edit technical documentation required for product releases</li><li>You enjoy using social media to interact directly with developers for feedback</li><li>You care about feedback from internal and external stakeholders</li><li>You engage with a cross-section of developers and/or internal developer facing teams to build a business case to continuously evolve the build/upgrade integration experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the engineering team working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with teams (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services) across to help Pilot and Launch enhancements/improvements to improve adoption.&nbsp;</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field</li><li>6+ years of Product Management experience</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Links to your blog or your profile in online communities like GitHub, Stack Overflow etc are a plus&nbsp;</li></ul>

Determines the technical tasks that other engineers will follow.</li><li>Support end-to-end ownership of design, implementation and operational excellence of software components while proactively improving existing structures and processes.</li><li>Contribute to the technical engineering roadmap by completing quality and thorough assessments of implementation alternatives and their associated trade-offs and providing recommendations.</li><li>Be consistently solutions-focused while contributing to the vision of domain and larger Venmo technical engineering roadmap.</li><li>Exercises judgement in reconciling diverse and competing priorities to identify optimal solutions to problems.</li><li>Leverage strategic thinking and experience to look ahead and anticipate consequences and risks linked to implementation choices; able to identify patterns to reduce repetition into meaningful general solutions.</li><li>A key voice on team-level processes (ex code &amp; design reviews) and oversees projects, ensuring an accurate, complete, timely and operable solution is delivered.</li><li>Serves as an expert to resolve technical inquiries of others.</li><li>Be able to provide technical leadership for a team with limited guidance from management or senior teammates.</li><li>Strong skills interacting and tailoring communication with various technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as product, support, finance operations, compliance and legal.</li></ul> Requirement <ul><li>At least 5+ years’ Experience developing and maintaining consumer-facing mobile applications at scale.</li><li>Strong Kotlin skills &amp; knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code.</li><li>Deep understanding and knowledge around consuming GraphQL and REST APIs from Mobile applications.</li><li>Passionate about mentoring and developing software engineers.</li><li>Strong understanding of testing best practices and familiarity with at least one testing framework for Mobile Development. Skilled at writing Unit and Automation tests.</li><li>Strong knowledge of common design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming with expertise in design patterns such as MVC and MVVM.</li></ul>
