Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues.
