Role Description: <ul><li>Our Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product Management team is looking for a Product Specialist to help support the growth of smart grid solutions in the Americas market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Product manager of Grid Solutions Americas Region and is under the Smart Grid /Grid Monitoring Solutions segment, Energy business unit.&nbsp;</li><li>This role’s goals will be aligned with the product management team goals. This role also works closely with sales, customer care, and manufacturing teams to provide overall product support to grow the product lines to help meet sales and profit targets of the business.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical and commercial support to internal (sales, product management production, and engineering) and external customers for all the Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Products.</li><li>Interpret customers specifications to select or create the correct Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product for their application and provide technical product support.</li><li>Support developing specifications and sales support materials including but not limited to installation instructions, data sheets, cross references, etc.</li><li>Coordinate prototypes for testing with engineering and provide technical assistance to design feasibility and work with the Product Manager to make recommendations for necessary changes.</li><li>Manage new part number creation process for Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 3+ years experience in related and/or technical field</li><li>Experience in product management, technical support, manufacturing engineering, application engineering, and/or technical sales, preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li>Driven to identify and resolve issues</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Risk Assessment and Control Design: <ul><li>Work with the Teams to develop sustainable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and Group referentials, strengthen internal controls and promote standardization of processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads the yearly Internal Control self-assessment campaign (SMART).&nbsp;</li><li>Identify the main control gaps and business partner with the process owners to formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li>Defines and manages the Entity’s Internal Control roadmap.&nbsp;</li></ul> Testing and Monitoring: <ul><li>Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings and performs substantive tests to validate the accuracy of process owners’ self-assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine checks as an independent reviewer of business processes to ensure the continuous operating effectiveness of key controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Document test findings and work with process owners to develop remediation plans for identified control deficiencies.&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting and Communication: <ul><li>Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders on the status of internal controls, identified risks and remediation efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate and business partner effectively with all process owners to provide guidance on control implementations and improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively contribute to process continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Training and Support: <ul><li>Leverage the Group tools and referentials (e.g., charters, standards, and systems) to provide insights on critical issues to be taken in consideration.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control concepts, policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote and activate a strong internal control culture across the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Shares initiatives with Group and Zone Internal Control Departments.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of relevant experience in financial or business roles with a focus on internal control, process reviews/improvement (e.g., Internal Control, Internal Audit, or a similar role).&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Risk Management would be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels in the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Systems oriented. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide centralized engineering support for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Ensure well intervention requirements are technically and operationally feasible and can be conducted safely.</li><li>Ensure all well interventions and testing equipment being used in NAWCOD meet jobs safety and technical requirement.&nbsp;Liaise with Production Engineering to prepare activity level forecasts.</li><li>Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices.
