Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects</li><li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget</li><li>Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility</li><li>Ensure resource availability and allocation</li><li>Develop a detailed project plan to track progress</li><li>Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs</li><li>Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques</li><li>Report and escalate to management as needed</li><li>Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders</li><li>Perform risk management to minimize project risks</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li><li>Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver the project following the project governance set by client in stipulated time</li><li>Manage Stakeholders and update them regularly</li><li>Manage Project resources and track the delivery of project</li><li>Ensure any risk or issues are brought to Stakeholders attention</li><li>Ensure cost of the project is tracked and any increase in scope is accounted</li><li>Completion of project and deliverables to client in timely manner</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors in Computer related discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience.</li><li>Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers</li><li>Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector</li><li>Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies</li><li>Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Account Manager for Commercial high touch select&nbsp;</li><li>Manage all revenue streams from the Account by collaborating with cross functional account teams and extended virtual teams across geographies</li><li>Build strong relationships between company and accounts assigned. You should be able to create strong business relations between company and the account partners at all levels.</li><li>Develop a long term 1-3year Account/Business Plan in collaboration with cross functional teams to align with the customers long-term growth, innovation plans and transformational business opportunities.</li><li>Drive the execution of a 12 month Account/Business plan to meet set milestones and goals Identify and close global and local transformational opportunities in the accounts through strong relationships with key partners and executive decision makers to improve company wallet share.</li><li>Develop &amp; articulate sales strategies for all major opportunities and understand the buying cycle for the opportunities being pursued. Achieve order intake targets for the Accounts portfolio under management.</li><li>Business reporting and sales hygiene by means of E2E sales (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development, MEDDPICC ).</li><li>Ensures the desired position and market share, as set in the objectives, are achieved through the use of consistent messages in every aspect of the Account relationship and development on all appropriate levels.</li><li>Work with the customer to develop an innovation strategy to help save costs, deliver value to their business and gain a competitive advantage.</li><li>Act as primary focal point for the Account Assigned.</li><li>Focus on value based selling and creating business relevance for technology solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Ideally 8+ Years of Sales Experience in the technology space.</li><li>Experience in selling to Enterprise accounts a must.</li><li>Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Sound business decision making ability.</li><li>Ability to influence and engage senior customer executives (CX level) and business decision makers.</li><li>Awareness of company product, service and solutions, processes etc. an added advantage.</li></ul>
