Responsibilities: <ul><li>Contribute to the SIOP by preparing and leading the end-to-end Supply Reviews. Effective communication to internal and customer engineering teams.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Educational Degree: Bachelor or Master degree on EE or similar in process</li><li>Professional Experience (years in what processes and function):	At least 3 years design experience.</li></ul> Mandatory Requirements: <ul><li>Good English skills, speaking and writing.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of general engineering tools (LEAN or 6-sigma) such as DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.</li><li>Analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and very precise way of working.</li><li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (in English) to effectively communicate to the global team.</li><li>Electronic Functional and component Knowledge.&nbsp;</li><li>Electro-circuit design and failure analysis knowledge.</li><li>PCB layout and assembly process.</li></ul> Additional Requirements (optional): <ul><li>VB, C/C++ language knowledge on calibration tooling is preferred.</li><li>EMC design and test experience is preferred.</li><li>Sensor design experience is preferred.</li><li>Explosion protection experience is preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible GL and FA functions for middle-size legal entity</li><li>Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation, posting periods maintenance, and GL closing</li><li>Generate and review TB, BS and P&amp;L, prepare financial reports including statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies</li><li>Provide support in external and internal audits</li><li>Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field</li><li>More than 3 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred</li><li>Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li></ul>
