The RoleFinance Strategic Projects is responsible for leading strategic finance and SSC projects focused on driving and executing strategic initiatives, such as technology implementations, standardisation and centralisation of back office transactional processes and identify continuous improvements opportunities. Will be required to work on cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the financial performance and operations of the organisation.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate with finance leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the finance and Shared Services functions strategic roadmap. Align finance and Shared Services initiatives with overall corporate objectives and long-term financial goals. 2. Lead and manage finance and SSC related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage project risks. 3. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within processes. Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize finance and SSC operations. 4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess profitability, perform cost-benefit analysis, and provide financial insights and recommendations. 5. Support the implementation of financial and other related systems. Coordinate with IT teams and&nbsp;end-users to ensure successful system integration and user adoption. 6.
