Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Aerospace, Defense &amp; Marine (AD&amp;M) Business Unit is currently seeking a plant controller to support its Mansfield OH, and Hauppauge, NY locations. The Plant Controller must be an exceptional Business Partner to the plant manager and his/her teams.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is responsible for pulling together all plant financials, analyzing and bridging between details at the entity level, and up-leveling results for review by global management.&nbsp;</li><li>The role reports directly to the Sr. Mgr. Role Description: <ul><li>Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounting, IndiaOver</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager, India is the key Finance &amp; Accounting contact for all operations in India.&nbsp;</li><li>Key responsibilities will include compliance with all local financial regulation, preparation and delivery of the&nbsp;statutory accounts for the India entity, filing of VAT submissions, income tax filings, managing statutory and&nbsp;other audits etc.</li><li>This role will be based in India, and will report directly to the Controller, EMEA and Asia/Pacific&nbsp;Regions</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager will also be responsible for all contacts with local authorities, both for Finance as&nbsp;well as tax matters and other (statistical/Central bank reporting etc).</li><li>He/she will work in close collaboration with the&nbsp;external auditors and the tax team to this effect but will also have a direct connect with the Finance&nbsp;</li><li>Organization including treasury and AR/AP support where necessary.</li><li>With a sound understanding of the local entity underlying business, he/she will support an effective control environment and have a key role in the delivery of all controllership activities relative to the legal entity under his/her responsibility.</li><li>This includes Financial Accounting, Reporting and InternalControls.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Main country contact for Finance and Accounting in India</li><li>Key business partner for regional leadership where necessary</li><li>Main contact to local authorities re. different financial matters, including tax and treasury related matters.</li><li>Support the Finance organization during month-end closing activities</li><li>Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement for entities under responsibility</li><li>Other compliance matters (e.g. Statistical/Central bank reporting)</li><li>Provide support for accounting matters related to projects with implications for the entities under responsibility</li><li>Support execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls in line with the internal policies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of statuary tax fillings and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical industry preferred</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP software (S4 HANA)</li><li>Based in Vadodara, Gujarat&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible GL and FA functions for middle-size legal entity</li><li>Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation, posting periods maintenance, and GL closing</li><li>Generate and review TB, BS and P&amp;L, prepare financial reports including statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies</li><li>Provide support in external and internal audits</li><li>Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field</li><li>More than 3 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred</li><li>Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Audit Support: <ul><li>As part of the Annual Financial (external) audit process, the accounting department is requested by our external auditor to provide supporting documentation and audit evidence. In this role you are responsible for</li><li>preparation of audit schedules and collection of the supporting documents.</li></ul> Depending on the region (APR/EMEA) the audit support can include, but is not limited to: <ul><li>Collecting supporting documentation for the Order to Cash Process and the Procure to Pay Process.</li><li>Maintaining overview of the status of the requested supporting documentation and follow up on outstanding documents.</li><li>Reporting progress of the requested supporting documentation and escalate issues, to the accounting teams in EMEA and APR.</li><li>Liaise with and escalate to, in case of missing documents, with the logistics and customer services department in EMEA and APR.&nbsp;</li></ul> Accounting Support: <ul><li>Responsible for running repetitive transactions with some guidance, across a large number of legal entities, potentially regionally independent</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of assigned balance sheet accounts</li><li>Manage cash clearing and other in transit accounts</li><li>Preparation of accounts reconciliations</li><li>Calculation and preparation of standard and ad hoc journal entries such as , but not limited to accruals and prepayments</li><li>Any other transactional accounting tasks</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting.</li><li>Looking for a candidate with minimum 2 - 5 years of accounting or auditing experience within a multinational company.</li><li>User knowledge of PC based and mainframe computer systems, preferably SAP R3 and Microsoft office.</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>A team player, being able to work independently, accurately and with tight deadlines.</li><li>Possess analytical and problem-solving skill sets, including the capacity to apply analyze accounting process for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Has a "can-do" attitude, pro-active, flexible mind-set.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work with the AMEA finance team both in Singapore and Malaysia to lead financial planning process such as strategic forecast update and budget.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in financial commitments (both P/L, B/S and CF).&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate business update to regional FP&amp;A team effectively. i.e. strategic forecast update.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with regional treasury manager to understand P&amp;L FX impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage a small team of analysts in delivering the team objectives.</li><li>Manage regional OHD budget in Singapore with driving ZBB behaviors, regular actual tracking and proactive communication to budget owners.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure smooth reporting and forecasting submission via the existing systems (BPC, CFS and SAP). This includes the process improvement to maximize the existing systems.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>This position requires experience and a minimum 8-12 years’ experience in FP&amp;A or accounting experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skill is required to manage delicate issues with stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of desktop software packages i.e. MS Excel, BPC, and Anaplan is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communications skills and be able to lead the process.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Tax Manager in our team, you will work as a business partner and provide support in areas such as:</li><li>Manage and support preparation of annual corporate income tax return, VAT, economic substance reporting etc.</li><li>Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with external advisor and Tax Director</li><li>Ensure robust tax compliance processes are in place across the countries in the region</li><li>Ensures effective and timely reporting to internal stakeholders</li><li>Support with the periodic and annual direct and indirect tax reporting to the authorities</li><li>Support with the periodic and annual reporting to the Group Tax department.</li><li>Closely monitor changes to tax legislation across the region and advise on the impact of the new legislation on the Business</li><li>Support with identifying opportunities to optimize tax positions and to mitigate tax risks</li><li>Support with the management and response to Tax audits initiated by the tax authorities</li><li>Support with the implementation of relevant tax updates</li><li>Interacts effectively and works closely with the Tax community as well as other functions (accountants, controllers, legal, IT etc.)</li><li>Provide training as needed to relevant stakeholders within Finance, Accounting, Internal Control and other departments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Masters degree in Tax Law, international Business Law, CPA, CTA or ACCA is preferred.</li><li>7+ years of relevant working experience within Big 4 or international Business environment (FMCG experience is preferred).</li><li>Extensive knowledge of GCC and international tax legislations is required</li><li>Exposure to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer pricing is required</li><li>Knowledge of import, export procedures and Free zones schemes</li><li>Proactive attitude toward problem-solving</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Fluent communication in English. Arabic is highly preferred, enabling you to seamlessly interact with stakeholders across the GCC.</li></ul>
