Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers at all levels within a customer.Integrate with key commercial strategic projects to deliver targeted outcomesDevelop tender and contract management processes to protect margins and support regional and global RFP processes.Manage RFPs for new business and renewals of existing business. Ensure comprehensive, accurate, and compelling responses to RFPs that address client requirements. Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams, including business development, costing, finance, and operations to ensure that RFP’s are submitted timeously.Ensure all RFP responses comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.Support the management of strategic client contracts, including changes in scope, terms, rates, and service agreements.Identify and analyze specific products, trade flows, and customer data in monthly reports to facilitate regional connectivity and strategic planning.Continuously evaluate industry, market and technology trends to assess the potential impact on business opportunities. Responsibilities:The Sr P&PM Analyst primary role is to handle along with the rest of the Planning Group the following tasks: Provides analytical findings & recommendations relating to P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting. Conducts special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes. Provides supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks with other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice. Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. You will have at least 12 years of relevant experience in Planning and Performance Management job roles. Work Experience – candidates from these sources would be the primary target:Accountants, planners, and auditors.Skills – candidate should have skills in a number of these areas:Solid knowledge and understanding of management accounting, finance, PowerPoint and Excel is required.Demonstrated capability and track record in the practice of planning & performance management and in the use of business intelligence tools are required.Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is preferred.Excellent command of oral & written English.
