To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy.</li><li>Customer Complaint handling: Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>COPQ Reduction: Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>People Management: Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent.</li><li>Promote continuance improvement culture through professional problem- solving tools to reduce quality cost and pursue 0PPM. In this process utilizing formal quality improvement methodologies and become a standard procedure.</li><li>Develop and implement a quality data analysis plan, monitor and evaluate data analysis results, and ensure that quality issues are effectively resolved.</li><li>Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments, use data analysis results to guide the improvement and optimization of other business activities of the company.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li><li>Qualification &amp; Certification: GB certification: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification</li><li>Experience: More than 8 years of working experience, and 3years at least in manager roles, automotive experience must be.</li></ul>

The parts may be made at a facility or a sub-tier supplier.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Age 35 and under, no gender preference.&nbsp;</li><li>5-8 years of work experience, looking for young and highly adaptable candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelors degree or higher.&nbsp;</li><li>Preference for candidates with management experience in the automotive electronics industry, and those who have participated in the entire process from start to finish.</li><li>Familiarity with APQP, PPAP processes, and quality management tools (like 8D, 5I, MSA).</li><li>Familiar with APQP/PPAP processes for early-stage project quality development.</li><li>Utilization of 8D/5I analysis methods for quality issues.</li><li>Proficient in the five major quality tools.</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing processes of connector assembly module products.</li><li>Familiar with TS16949 system.</li><li>Experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.</li><li>New project VOC quantity, PPAP audit metrics, front-end quality design, early-stage quality planning, stability and yield improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Quality point of contact for assigned Southeast Asia customer accounts.</li><li>Provide the Voice of the Customer feedback to product management, product engineering and manufacturing locations for characteristics that can become quality or application risks to the customer.</li><li>Manages Quality / Reliability interactions with the customer, including regular communication and escalations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues and minimize customer impact, Company PPM, cost of poor quality and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Influences without authority in efforts to achieve 5D/8D response time within 10 business days or less.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated teams within company.&nbsp;</li><li>Carries out the customer quality improvement strategy.</li><li>Ensures compliance to company quality policies and procedures related to customer requirements.</li><li>Partners closely with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure organizational alignment regarding setting targets and achieving quality objectives for our customers.</li><li>Partners with engineering and sales to establish trust with our customers by sharing our DND strategic quality roadmap as well as resolving problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Regularly conducts reviews with key customers regarding DNDs quality &amp; delivery performance.</li><li>Drives systemic corrective action and continual improvement for customers through training and implementation and use an array of quality improvement tools.</li><li>Regularly reports to management on the overall performance and effectiveness of the assigned strategic customer account.</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. Job Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Data and Devices Business Unit is looking for R&amp;D Product Development Engineer (PDE) to design and develop high speed cable assembly and connector which are used inside of switches, servers and storage for data communication.&nbsp;</li><li>In this role you will be responsible for the design and documentation of new products, from market definition through production and release, always prioritizing customer requirements and maintaining a customer service mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>You will conceive original ideas for new products/solutions and develop them into practical and economical models.&nbsp;</li><li>You will determine specifications, perform engineering analysis, make preliminary sketches and designs, and coordinate support operations (such as fabrication engineering samples and testing).&nbsp;</li><li>Interaction with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products is also an important part of this role.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Responsible for product development of high-speed cable assembly, connector from market definition through production and release:&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with the customer and sales/SA/FAE/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer) and convert to a design conceptualization and preliminary product specification.&nbsp;</li><li>Conceive concepts and perform feasibility studies.&nbsp;</li><li>Run mechanical and thermal simulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Make the engineering evaluation/proposal to the customer.&nbsp;</li><li>Create the detailed design including 2D/3D drawings and perform DFMEA/tolerance analysis.&nbsp;</li><li>Build prototype samples and perform validation.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical support to the Operations team including Quality and Production for efficiency improvement and safe launch.&nbsp;</li><li>Resolve product related issues to closure and manage the ECN/PCN (Engineering Change Notification/ Product Change Notification).&nbsp;</li><li>Build a deep understanding of the market and customer needs by fostering a connection between the business engineering teams and the customer engineering teams&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a system level understanding of the customer application and the product design/concept necessary for providing a solution to the customers’ expectation.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide technical support to customer, sales, PM and plant teams.
