VP/Senior Director, Architecture

Responsibilities:

• Provide design directions to the project teams and control design quality.
• Be responsible for financial management of the project, ensure key deadlines are met and staff are working together effectively.
• Lead design in a holistic process-oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to build works; Evaluate, select, and apply standard architecture design techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Play a key role in client and government relationship management and keep high standard of works we deliver.
• Inspire and manage a diverse team of design professionals with good communication and leadership..
• Support executive management and business development teams in project pursuits.

Requirements:

• We need an architect by training, who is familiar with design and consulting.
• This person is a seasoned leader with P&L responsibilities. 
• Must be comfortable/exposure to projects/revenue of USD 20m upwards
• Track record in leading mega projects and well networked in the China market – good to have solid background in any of these industries: transportation, healthcare, commercial 
• MUST have very strong management experience in leading huge and remote teams.
• MUST have solid project experience
• MUST speak good English and have experience in foreign companies.
