Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment process end to end.
  • Keep an overview of the recruitment needs via regular meetings with Hiring Managers.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talent to the company.
  • Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the company-culture and strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR team coherently to align talent acquisition with overall business goals.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels.
  • Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments.
  • Track & report on talent acquisition metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Run regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Will need to make presentations to senior management.
  • Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision.
  • Proposing employment offers in line with company guidelines.
  • Run reference checks when needed.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Conduct Hiring manager and Brand ambassador workshops.
  • Maintain strong connections with HR colleagues within company to share best practices.


Requirements:


  • Candidate should come with strong overall Human Resource experience in FMCG.
  • Good knowledge and experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Candidates coming with regional experience in HR is a plus.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Experience with headhunting for mid to senior positions.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.
  • Strong communication and good relationship building skills.
  • Passion and desire to make a difference.
