Sr. Material Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assists in updating standard tasks related to analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the IBP process. 
• Conducts basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making in material planning. 
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and assists in reporting and process improvement initiatives. 
• Tracks material availability to ensure smooth production flow and escalates potential supply issues to relevant teams.  
• Assists in monitoring production and logistics planning processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. 
• Contributes to cost-saving initiatives related to raw & pack materials and inbound warehouse processes.
• Participates in daily planning meetings and follows up on assigned action items. 
• Supports compliance with quality, safety, and food defence programs by assisting in data collection and reporting.

Requierments:

Preferred Education, Skill & Experience

• University Degree required and five (5) years of experience and knowledge in supply chain with particular focus on regional/global sourcing and supply planning
• Experience in managing supply chain initiatives from a timely service point of view
• In depth understanding of the main regions of MENAT business, customer needs and competitive landscape
• Ability to assimilate multiple sources of data and deliver insight and recommendations
• Language Skills (bi‐lingual): English (fluent)
• Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office and Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep analytical and problem‐solving skills
