Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Work with the AMEA finance team both in Singapore and Malaysia to lead financial planning process such as strategic forecast update and budget.  
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in financial commitments (both P/L, B/S and CF). 
  • Communicate business update to regional FP&A team effectively. i.e. strategic forecast update. 
  • Work with regional treasury manager to understand P&L FX impact. 
  • Manage a small team of analysts in delivering the team objectives.
  • Manage regional OHD budget in Singapore with driving ZBB behaviors, regular actual tracking and proactive communication to budget owners. 
  • Ensure smooth reporting and forecasting submission via the existing systems (BPC, CFS and SAP). This includes the process improvement to maximize the existing systems. 


Requirements:


  • This position requires experience and a minimum 8-12 years’ experience in FP&A or accounting experience. 
  • Strong interpersonal skill is required to manage delicate issues with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of desktop software packages i.e. MS Excel, BPC, and Anaplan is preferred. 
  • Good communications skills and be able to lead the process.
