Solutions Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Initiating sales activities in close cooperation with our sales teams.
• Analyze our customers' processes to uncover and create needs for our technology, finance, and supply chain solutions.
• Facilitating virtual meetings with our customers and experts on our our client solutions.
• Conducting product training and connecting with our customers to ensure satisfaction with our solutions.
• Generate reports and sales training on relevant trends and our client technology initiatives.

Requirements: 

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent international degree in business, computer science, or logistics.
• Experience in B2B or B2C business is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire people.
