Senior Recruiter - China

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple recruitment projects focused in China.
• Identify and engage high-performing candidates to discuss opportunities with our client.
• Deliver effective talent solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide insightful feedback on market conditions to the client.
• Report on performance metrics and project outcomes.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a background in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition across Greater China, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience in an internal recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in advanced search methodologies and direct sourcing techniques.
• Strong skills in candidate engagement and assessment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills throughout the recruitment process, from briefing to delivery.
