Senior Quality & Reliability Engineer - 1

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure mass production and quality during sample production to mass production, quality planning for early-stage projects. 
• Collaborate with project engineers, product engineers, and process engineers for new project development. 
• Focus on internal quality and reliability analysis and control, early-stage quality planning, and sampling frequency.
• Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.
• Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues, minimize customer impact, PPM, and cost of poor quality, and drive timely resolution.
• Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated team
• Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a facility or a sub-tier supplier.

Requirements: 

• Age 35 and under, no gender preference. 
• 5-8 years of work experience, looking for young and highly adaptable candidates. 
• Bachelor's degree or higher. 
• Preference for candidates with management experience in the automotive electronics industry, and those who have participated in the entire process from start to finish.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP processes, and quality management tools (like 8D, 5I, MSA).
• Familiar with APQP/PPAP processes for early-stage project quality development.
• Utilization of 8D/5I analysis methods for quality issues.
• Proficient in the five major quality tools.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes of connector assembly module products.
• Familiar with TS16949 system.
• Experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.
• New project VOC quantity, PPAP audit metrics, front-end quality design, early-stage quality planning, stability and yield improvement.
