Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of product managers within a specific product category to execute business growth objectives and align on strategic positioning
  • Own product life cycles, including road maps, line reviews, SWOT, and SKU harmonization/rationalization
  • Execute product development initiatives. Develop product specifications, timelines, and financial models detailing CAPEX, ROI, etc., for crucial product activities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and contractors to develop, ideate, and execute product initiatives that drive differentiation and additional sales
  • Collaborate with marketing to commercialize new products and optimize our client brand, product, and packaging position
  • Work with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to optimize the product offering
  • Evaluate Intellectual Property to identify and execute IP strategies
  • Align strategy and deliverables within the Product Strategy and Management team


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related degree
  • 5+ years working in a Product Marketing or Product Management role, with a passion for customer experience and an ability to demonstrate a proven track record of identifying new opportunities or solving pain points based on customer insight and data.
  • 1+ years working in a people manager role (handling crucial conversations, performance management, etc)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Must be available for at least 20% of travel
