We are looking for a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to join our growing Key Accounts Team. In this exciting role, you will be focusing on developing strong relationships with allocated accounts to unlock and drive multi-category account plans aligned with the account and channel strategy. Furthermore, you will identify, develop, and implement activities within your account base to facilitate the achievement of PML UK overall market objectives for its full portfolio range.
Your day to day
Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be building and nurturing existing and new relationships at multiple levels with large or complex Key Accounts. You’ll apply your story-teller ability to lead, advise and influence Key Account Buyers with broader consumer and category insights.
You'll be responsible for negotiating deals with long-term value and identify new opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully project manage the delivery. With this, you’ll develop and agree on Joint Business Plans by demonstrating collaboration with relevant internal functions and roles from cross-functional perspective.
You’ll be developing and implementing multi-category trading agreements which deliver SoM growth through the utilization of programmes, trade activations and activations, and deployment of resources through the account’s portfolio.
With a strong focus on brand activation, this role is an opportunity to demonstrate your creativity. You’ll analyse performance and identify trends, issues and opportunities within the account portfolio and experiment with new ideas, responding to the needs of the business quickly and effectively!
In this role, you’ll ensure customer experience is managed across Commercial Planning and Field Activation.
You will be working closely with the Channel Manger to conduct bi-monthly updates, discuss result and make sure compliance checks are in place to ensure all agreed activity has respective POP.
You’ll also be in charge for the accuracy of the account submission relating to budget, Volume and Margin Retention.
You will need to have the right to work in the UK to be successful in your application. This role will require you to travel to your accounts and you will be required to come to our office in Hammersmith twice a week.
