Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyse market research and competitive research plans and programs, identifying suitable external vendors to carry out research
- Use inputs from research and competitive analysis to provide inputs to internal customer teams in the following areas: scope, competitive positioning, white spaces available etc.
- Develop and implement plans for identification in line with Unit’s business plan, build validated database for segmentation
- Update marketing team on new segments or channel-specific delivery vehicles e.g. social media that can be used to bring in innovation into company’s marketing programs to create targeted and innovative campaigns
- Develop and execute brand and communication plan for brand, region, services and solution in consultation with GTM/Sales and Marketing.
- Gather feedback on brand based on specific campaigns and present analysis to Group Manager and Segment Head
- Develop and implement marketing programs targeted at specific industries, geographies by leveraging multiple channels, network with peers within the company and outside to exchange ideas
- Provide creative ideas and develop brief for designers, direct team to check with in-house image library before purchasing new images
- Check compliance with brand architecture/standards
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 10 years’ experience in the following areas – (a) research, analysis and intelligence (b) target audience definition and segmentation (c) positioning, messaging and branding including brand management (d) opportunity generation, outreach program management (e) design and production
- Demonstrated success in these key areas – handling quarterly reports, size of database and quarterly growth, email conversion rates, leads and RFI/RFPs, brand awareness and engagement, CRM metrics i.e engagement scores, cross sell leads, number of references, channel management and pricing
Preferred Requirements
- Experience building a brand from ground up.
