Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for wire harness assembly.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process failures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and production staff.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and process development, specifically in wire harness or related fields.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.
• Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
