Responsibilities: 

• Oversee machinery utilization and maintenance, optimizing production commitments
• Collaborate across departments to manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently
• Lead teams through data-driven strategies, cultivating a culture of ownership and excellence
• Drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction
• Empower Department Managers, ensure cross-functional coordination, and set performance standards
• Recruit, train, and develop associates, upholding safety and norms
• Promote transparent communication for quality, safety, and personal growth

Requirements: 

• Plant location : Gevrey Chambertin. We can source candidates from 200 Km radius of the plant.
• Overall Experience : 10 years.
• They need to have Industrial experience, Lead teams, continuous improvement, leadership skills, has worked in international companies, handled complex structures, strategic communication & various levels of expertise.
• Candidate should be fluent in English & French.
• Open to any industry, either competitor, automobile industry is good. Also, energy market is good.
• Its an onsite job.
