Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute multichannel integrated marketing campaigns to build brand visibility and generate qualified demand.
- Leverage marketing data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, forecast trends, and drive performance improvements.
- Oversee the lead funnel in collaboration with regional sales teams and solution centers to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning to clearly communicate our client solutions and value proposition.
- Partner with ecosystem players (channel partners, module providers, design houses) to launch joint marketing initiatives.
Branding & Market Positioning
- Lead strategic branding efforts for our client DDN business across core and new markets.
- Ensure consistent brand alignment across all touchpoints, including acquisitions, through a well-structured multi-year roadmap.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Serve as the ABM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our client and the DDN division.
- Design and implement ABM strategies and campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate closely with digital marketing, sales, and product management to strengthen ABM programs and improve cross-functional alignment.
Event Marketing
- Lead planning and execution of major corporate events including trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and internal engagements.
- Drive end-to-end event marketing initiatives that align with business goals and enhance brand recognition.
Internal Communications
- Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to foster alignment and engagement across the DDN organization.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IoT, Data Center, or 5G industries with a global scope.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to leverage analytics for marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Expertise in paid, owned, and earned channels with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM and ABM platforms; proficiency in Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Tableau is a plus.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Prior business development (BD) or sales experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
