Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence (Digital Analyst)

Responsibilities:

• Run E2E analytics projects from gathering business needs to validating hypothesis to output delivery, data visualization and generating value by providing data analysis-to-actionable insights.
• Understand complex and diverse technology infrastructure and identify sources and tools needed.
• Develop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of project requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of data.
• Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide orientation and training to end users.
• Provide commercial perspective & guidance to junior staff members working on individual use cases.
• Project & stakeholder management activities, maintaining documentation to support line manager and update stakeholders on project status & risks.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, be able to convert stakeholders needs to real business problems.
• Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; ability to influence.
• Data science experience is a plus.
• Basic SQL, Power BI/data Studio other reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics UA and moving to Google Analytics 4, at least basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Able to work with console logs in JavaScript.
• Google Big Query (nice to have),
• English (business communication proficiency).
