Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve SAP Payroll & Time and related systems and process.
- Provide production support and expertise for Time (SAP and Workforce) and Payroll software .
- Support for HR systems, like setup tables, tax updates, and quarterly and yearend reporting.
- Generate ad hoc reports using a variety of reporting tools.
- Provide issues resolution for HR applications including the SuccessFactors HRM platform.
- Testing of annual SAP HRSPs (Human Resources Support Packs) & CLCs (Country Legal Changes- US).
- Troubleshooting issues relate to SAP Payroll & Time Management, Workforce Time & Attendance, and Tax filing
- Assist to provide timely information to Payroll Management, HR Management, Labor Relations, and other functions within the business.
Requirements:
- Must have 16 years of education – any in field
- Years 5+ hands on experience in SAP HR and PAYROLL- development+ Config+ Support
- Experience with SAP HR (Master Data, Maintain Time Data, Info type)
- Hands on for US Pay rules and policies.
- Experience with SAP Time Management configuration, Payroll Schemas
- Custom reports, worked on PA, OM, Time & Payroll
- Hands on US Taxes and US Tax Forms (940, 941, Locality, W2s, and unemployment)
- Worked with HR macros for reading data from info types
- Experience of HR relevant FMs/BAPIs which can be used to update HR data
- Experience in below are added advantage
- SAP SuccessFactors HRM platform
- SAP ABAP skills
