Responsibilities:
System Development and Implementation:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP HR solutions, focusing on OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.
- Customize SAP HR modules to meet business requirements and optimize HR processes.
Integration:
- Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP HR and other enterprise dsystems.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP HR modules.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with HR regulations.
Collaboration and Consultation:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP HR solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and manage vendor developers.
Code Review:
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for code optimization and refactoring.
Project Management:
- Manage SAP HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as single point of contact for all HR developers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in SAP HR development, including OM, PA, Time Management, and TEM modules.
- Proven experience with integrating SAP HR with SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HR ABAP programming and SAP HR configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in SAP HR or related modules.
- Experience in industries such as Manpower, Security.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
