Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce functionalities to enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to identify and implement Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support data-driven decision-making.
• Train and support end-users to ensure proficiency in Salesforce usage and tools.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions

Requirements:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform and tools, with a strong understanding of CRM concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various stakeholders.
