Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the salesteam (External Salespeople, Internal Salespeople, Specialists and Customer Service) for continuous revenue growth (Sales) and profitability.
  • Be responsible for creating the salesstrategy for a new product portfolio that the team does not yet operate in, working with large direct customers and distributors.
  • Be responsible forsupporting the team in the company'sintegration processinto a new group, while creating a strategy to meet the annual sales target.
  • Drive the creation of a consistent Action Plan and closely monitor execution and results on a regular basis, providing constant feedback to each individual on the team.
  • Be responsible for closely monitoring all listed Opportunities, ensuring that all opportunities are in the system, properly reported and updated, supporting and training the team to lead to a positive closure.
  • Have direct responsibility for at least 3 major accounts in Brazil, mainly large direct sales clients.
  • Have responsibility for consolidating and expanding distribution channels in Brazil to drive sales of a new portfolio, creating and executing action plans, including demand creation activities, incentive plans, discount programs, etc., to drive double-digit growth.
  • Be responsible forthe Pricing Strategy for all Productsin the portfolio, working closely with the Product 
  • Management Team and the General Manager.
  • Ensure profitable revenue growth.
  • Be a talent coach/mentor for sales organization. Responsible for continuing to develop and enhance the team through challenging Projects, Experience and Exposure.


Requirements:


  • Completed degree in electrical, mechanical, automation engineering or related areas.
  • Postgraduate degree in the desired area.
  • Have a collaborative, participative, motivating profile, and be hands-on when necessary.
  • Availability for travel/relocation and visitsto clients.
  • Previous experience managing high-performance sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the customer market and different marketsegments, in the electrical materialsindustry, factory automation and process automation.
  • Intermediate English for conversation.
  • Complete Office Package.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid manner in São Paulo - SP.
