Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.

Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets month on month
  • Implement sales strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • To develop strong relations with HCPs mainly Gynecologist, Consulting Physicians, General Physicians
  • Lead the team in North & West Zone comprising of 60 Frontliners, 14 First Line Managers and 3 Second Line Managers.
  • Monitor & review individual and team performance, providing actionable insights and feedback
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals.
  • Increase conversion rates by improving the sales process and providing ongoing training to the team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Stay Informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities


Requirements:


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent relations with HCPs-Gynaecologist, CPs & GPs
  • Geographical exposure to North & West Zone


Minimum Experience:


  • 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 12 years in a managerial role at various levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
