Sales and Marketing Analyst Role

Role Description:

• Role Definition Supports the management of key accounts, sales support, and account planning and assists with identifying and pursuing new opportunities and addressing customer issues. 

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle — from quotation to order closure and payment follow-up.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop strategies to grow existing accounts.
• Create account plans outlining goals, strategies, and timelines.
• Monitor account performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to deliver client solutions.
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Track account performance, revenue growth, and market opportunities proactively x

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Graduate (B-Tech – Mechanical, Electrical OR Electronics)
• Min 3-5 Years Experience in similar field or work area.
• Job Location: Chennai Tamil Nadu
• Language : Should know English, Tamil. Further Malayalam/Kannada is an added advantage
• Should be ready in case of any relocation
