Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily boutique operations and team of Client Advisors and Stock Associates.
- Set and exceed boutique KPIs and client experience standards.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and facilitate career development.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional client service.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock efficiently, and handle administrative tasks.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury beauty management or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a positive team environment and uphold brand values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
