Job description

Responsibilities:


  • Project Execution: Lead and manage the execution of projects within the region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Regulatory Approvals: Identify and engage with relevant government and local authorities to seek approvals and permits required for project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards. Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth approval processes.
  • Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing regional team, including project managers, sales representatives, and support staff.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, sales performance, and regional developments to senior management.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and internal teams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee regional budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to ensure project and sales profitability.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and sales, with a proven track record of successfully managing medium-scale projects and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, laws, and government approval processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and sales CRM tools.
