QA Team Leader

Responsibilities :

• Analysis of product and production systems to meet customer expectations.
• Management of an engineering team of 8 people.
• Training and motivating employees along the lines of quality efforts.
• Perform quality control from materials to finished products.
• Conducting quality audits and documenting their results.
• Setting quality goals and coordinating measures to achieve them.
• Preparation of reports and their analysis of internal processes.
• Handling of complaints and blocking/issuance of products

Requirements :

• Relevant college or university degree in a technical field.
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry (5+ years): experience in customer and/or supplier quality matters.
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification.
• Strong computer skills, MS-Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, spoken and written.
